In this guided meditation with music,
You will be supported to clear all thoughts and disruptive mental energies from your energy field and body.
You can repeat this meditation daily to increase your mental balance and dissolve disturbing thoughts and stagnant mental energies.
If you wish,
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth and relax your body.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and ask your mind to quiet down.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and direct your attention to your heart and set your intention.
I ask and intend to create and maintain a powerful pure sacred space around me.
In my sacred space is only the energy of my higher self and of Source.
I ask and intend to make and feel a deep connection to Source and allow the light and love of Source to flow through my body.
I ask and intend to collect all thoughts,
Thought patterns and electromagnetic energy that are an expression of my personal consciousness and unconscious programs and also those that I took on from the collective and from other persons and completely erase these lower frequencies from my conscious,
Unconscious and cellular memory so that a new space is created for the flow of my higher consciousness and for the energy and consciousness of Source.
Now bring your attention to your heart and take a deep breath in and out.
Now from your heart be an observer and ask as an observer to see your thoughts and observe the flow of thoughts that you have had during the day.
Just ask them to surface,
For example as images or as lines of thought structures,
Maybe as pictures or movie fragments.
They can be in words,
In language,
Conversations and sounds.
Let the thoughts arise as they present themselves,
For example you can hear them in your mind as words,
As things you pronounce.
You can also see them as written words or sentences and you can also perceive them as feelings and sensations in your body and parts in your body to which those thoughts and emotions are linked.
So now take the time to let surface the main thoughts of today.
Breathe in deeply.
Now that these thoughts are surfacing bring them together about one and a half meter in front of you.
Bring them together and put them all in a ball.
Ask your thoughts from all directions,
From all kind of times of the day to come back into your perception as an energetic cloud and cluster them into a big sphere in front of you.
You pull them together so to say in a magnetic point.
Before you see the images,
See the sensations,
The voices arising from your energy field,
Your space,
From interaction with people,
Wherever and whatever.
Let them come up.
Now imagine a trash can,
Like a digital trash can you have on your computer screen.
And in the trash can you can put that ball of all those thoughts,
All those impulses and thought patterns.
Put it in the bin which is about one and a half meter in front of you as if it is a trash can from a computer program.
Now breathe in and with your intention press a delete button.
And now you erase the contents of the trash can.
You delete all the energy,
All those thoughts,
Those impulses and all those electromagnetic frequencies that you have stored in that trash can.
And now repeat this process one more time.
And now ask the thoughts to come up like bubbles.
From your body,
From your cells,
From your energy field,
From your entire body,
Around you.
Ask your all thoughts to come up like bubbles.
Also ask them to come up from environments and situations where you have been.
Pull them all out of those layers.
And put them in front of you,
Like little spheres of plasma.
You bring them together into a sphere,
Back in the trash can.
All bubbling bubbles.
And you fill the trash can in front of you.
Breathe in through your nose and set your intent.
I ask an intent to erase all these thoughts.
Thought patterns and negative energy.
And completely erase these from my conscious,
Unconscious and cellular memory.
Breathe in deeply and delete.
Breathe in deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And again see the trash can in front of you.
And now see all those thoughts arising from your energy field.
From your body,
From all the situations you have experienced today.
From interactions with people.
From things you have experienced that happened to you.
Or that happened by chance.
Thoughts that came to mind.
That everything come to you.
As words.
As images.
As pictures.
As voices.
As sentences.
Let them come up as feelings.
And let them all flow in the trash can.
One half meter in front of you.
Breathe in deeply into your nose.
And set your intent.
I ask an intent to completely erase these old thought patterns.
That no longer serve me.
From my conscious,
Unconscious and cellular memory.
Breathe in deeply through your nose.
And delete.
To completely erase it.
Now bring your attention to your heart and set your intent.
I ask an intent for pure light and love from source.
And the consciousness of my higher self to flow into my body.
And my human consciousness.
And into my energy field.
And fill me completely with clarity and deep inner peace.
With a feeling of deep connection with who I really am.
Now imagine that a flow of light from source and from your higher self.
A pure bright light flows into you.
And fills all open spaces that have been created by erasing those old thought structures.
They are filled with pure light.
Clear and full of love from source.
And this light perfectly aligns,
Repairs and cleans these places.
And make them vibrate with the energy of your higher consciousness.
As if the sunlight starts shining inside you.
And set your intent again.
To have the light of my higher consciousness guide my human thoughts.
So that every thought and every intention I have.
Becomes an expression of my higher consciousness quality.
And the pure consciousness of my higher self and my source connection.
They enlighten my human life.
And become a part of my personal expression.
And so it is.
Deeply through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Bring your attention back to your heart.
Anchor your energy through your stomach.
Your legs.
Your knees.
Your ankles.
Your feet.
Deep into the earth.
When you are ready.
Open.
Take your time to reflect on your experiences.
Take some notes if necessary.
And if possible repeat the meditation one or more times.
