This
meditation is a gentle exploration of cultivating happiness,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
And nurturing unconditional love.
If you are ready to practice,
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position for your meditation practice.
Whether you're sitting on a chair,
Cushion,
Or lying down,
Allow your body to
settle into a posture that feels relaxed and alert at the same time.
Take a moment
to scan your body from head to toe,
Inviting each muscle to soften and release
tension with every exhale.
Feel the support of the cushion,
Chair,
Or floor
beneath you,
Grounding you in this present moment.
Allow your shoulders to
relax,
Your jaw to unclench,
And your eyelids to gently close if that feels
comfortable.
Now,
Slowly start to bring your attention to your heart center and
recall a time where you felt a profound connection to love,
Either by loving
someone unconditionally or feeling unconditionally loved by someone.
Visualize this feeling as the purest blue-white crystalline light glowing
within your heart.
This light is pure unconditional love,
Free from judgment or
fear.
Let this light to expand with each breath until it permeates every cell and
organ within your body,
Transforming you into an infinite body of blue glow
radiating pure unconditional love.
From this place of love,
Extend your light to
the people you already love dearly.
Envision them bathed in the soft glow of
your love,
Their hearts opening to receive your love and compassionate
energy.
And bring them closer to you,
Surrounding yourself with their presence
and warmth.
Feel their love intertwining with yours,
Creating a circle of support
and connection.
Now,
Extend your light to the countless anonymous beings in your
world,
Those whom you might not know by name but are connected to you in some
way.
Maybe it's your barista or your male person.
Imagine them receiving your
love with open hearts,
Experiencing liberation from suffering and embracing
unconditional love.
Expand your circle to include these anonymous beings,
Covering
them in a blanket of love and kindness.
Feel the interconnectedness of all living
beings as you hold them in your heart.
Next,
Extend your light to those who have
caused you pain or harm.
With each exhale,
Release any lingering resentment or
anger,
Allowing forgiveness to flow freely from your heart.
Envision them bathed in your
loving light,
Their wombs healed and their hearts full of your compassion.
Include them in your circle of love,
Embracing them with your forgiveness and understanding.
Finally,
Extend your light to encompass all living creatures in this planet and beyond.
Imagine your love radiating outwards,
Touching every corner of the universe with its warmth
and loving energy.
Now,
All the people,
All beings inside your circle of love start to
send you back all the unconditional love,
Compassion,
Kindness that you gave them.
Observe how and where you can feel that in your body.
Maybe it's a warm sensation around your heart center or in your face.
And slowly,
With every inhale,
Start to bring back all that blue crystalline light to your heart center.
And finally,
Bring to your mind one person that you think may need to feel this love
that you are feeling right now.
And imagine that they can instantly feel it too.
As you gently start to return to the present moment,
I hope you can carry with you the peace and serenity that comes from embracing love in all
its forms.
I hope you know that you are a beacon of light in a world that often feels dark
and that your love has the power to transform life.
