Welcome to this shamanic journey in which we'll be journeying to the upper world to Hanakpacha to receive guidance on how to expand and fully explore our intuition and psychic awareness in a nourishing and safe way.
For this journey I really recommend that you find a space of peace,
Of stillness,
Where you have the opportunity to go within.
So putting away any distractions,
Finding a space that feels really nourishing and held and safe for you in this moment.
If you're driving or working with any heavy machinery I recommend that you do this later when you have space.
So really just finding this point of stillness and you're welcome to take it seated,
To be laying down,
Whatever is ultimately the most comfortable for you.
The intention is really to allow the body to rest,
To fall asleep,
So that the mind,
The spirit can journey,
Can travel.
So finding your comfortable space and as you find this space start to relax.
You can do this by visualizing each part of your body that is touching the ground,
Becoming heavier and denser.
And as you take in a deep breath,
Beginning to set your intention for this journey.
And as you exhale slide all out and visualize any tension,
Any holding,
Melting into the earth.
Another time taking a deep breath,
This time breathing in the opening of intuition.
And as you exhale,
Release any busyness,
Any distractions in the mind,
Knowing that you can come back to these later,
That you're gifting yourself this opportunity to fully recharge.
Another deep breath at your own pace.
You exhale,
Feel the softening in all of your muscles,
In your joints,
In your body.
Feel this relaxation starting to happen.
The intention for this journey is to go to the upper world,
To the spirit realm,
To the abode of our higher self,
Our spirit guides,
Any allies and friends in the unseen realm.
To really open,
To deepen the connection to and receive more guidance,
More inspiration from our intuition,
Knowing that we are all one.
And from that space we can deeply connect with all beings and all of life.
So I invite you to begin to set an intention for yourself.
As I do sing this next Ikaro,
I invite you to allow this invitation,
This intention to start to become a part of your breath,
Your physical body,
Your heart.
Allow yourself to feel it moving through your being.
Feeling the beat of drum resonating inside of your heart,
The Anahata Chakra,
The home of your soul,
Where your personality meets your higher self,
Where the physical and the invisible meet.
I invite you to start feeling the energy of your intention and your spirit merging in your heart space.
Feel this energy blossoming and growing.
Feel the expansion of who you are as you begin to connect more deeply with your spirit essence,
With your vibrational field.
Allow this tingling to be the point of focus that opens the portal into the invisible realm.
Begin feeling,
Imagining,
Sensing your spirit moving out of your body.
You'll do this in different ways,
Whether you sense it,
Feel it,
Imagine it,
Visualize it,
Hear it.
Start to make this journey,
Repeating your intention again.
I'm going on a journey to the upper world to open my intuition.
And with that,
Start to look down on your body.
Start to look down on where you are resting in this moment.
See that you are safe and that you are held.
And then begin to make your way out of this space.
Begin to feel the space.
There is a lightness in your step,
In your movement.
As you make your way out,
You are finding a space that is rich and filled with nature.
You are making your way out into the wild.
What surrounds where your body is resting?
As you move through this space,
Feel the lightness in your being,
The gentleness as you are in your etheric body.
Feel the speed picking up as you make your way out,
Out into nature.
As you find yourself out in nature,
Take a moment to orient yourself.
What surrounds you?
Is it grassy plains?
Are there forests?
Are there mountains?
Are there animals?
Is it daytime or nighttime?
What is the temperature on your skin?
Can you smell anything in the air?
Freshly cut grass?
Wood smoke from a campfire?
The sweetness of roses?
Can you hear anything?
The crackling of dry leaves beneath your feet?
Birdsong?
The whispers on the wind?
Begin to make your way to a river,
Finding any source of water and following it until it becomes bigger and larger.
Stepping upon the rocks that fill this space,
How do the rocks feel beneath your feet?
Are they cold from winter?
Is it hot beneath the blare of the sun?
Kneel down by the river and allow yourself to cleanse yourself in her waters.
How does it feel?
Allow it to bring back more aliveness,
More vitality as it cleanses away what does not serve you for this journey.
And then begin to make your way up the river.
As you begin to move up,
Up,
Up,
And up this river,
See the fairy pools,
See the glistening of the light,
Whether it is from the moon or from the sun,
The bursts through the droplets that come cascading down these little streams.
Feel the freshness in the air as you take a deep inhale,
Breathe it all in.
Are there any other spirits,
Any other animals,
Any other beings that are filling this space?
Open your awareness to connect with them as you continue to move further and further up the river.
Ahead of you,
You can hear it.
You can hear the vibration of water crashing down as you come to the water crashing down as you come to see that you are moving towards a vast waterfall.
Trust in your spirit as you move closer to this waterfall.
You climb behind the waterfall.
You feel its power,
Its strength moving down and around.
The vibration is pulsating through you and you receive the invitation to step through and under the waterfall,
Asking it to release,
To cleanse,
And to clear all the blockages that are standing between you and your psychic intuitive awareness.
Allow the third eye to be cleansed and to be cleared.
And as you do so,
Step through the waterfall.
You feel the excitement,
The brilliance of this space,
The power as it clears your space,
That allows you healing,
Nourishment.
You step out the other side,
Taking a deep inhale,
Breathing in new life and expanded awareness.
In front of you is a tiny little hummingbird and she sings to you.
She sings to you and invites you to fly with her.
She kisses you gently on the third eye and with this,
You are gifted the capacity of flight.
Guided by this hummingbird,
With her radiant blue,
Green,
And purple wings,
You are carried up on the winds,
Moving up,
Up to the upper world,
Up to Hanakpacha.
The hummingbird song is calling you ever further up.
She carries you.
She carries you to the great kingdom of Hanakpacha,
The upper world.
This beautiful castle that exists in the heavens,
Shining and sparkling,
Made of quartz crystal.
Feel the vibrational energy,
This radiant space of unconditional love,
Hope,
Health,
Radiance,
And blessings.
Step into this field.
You are met by the gatekeeper,
Pachacuti Inka.
You are welcome to step into this space.
You ask permission and you step in.
Look around you.
Does this place feel familiar?
What is inside of it?
You are looking for a book,
A sacred book,
The Akashic records,
That holds the teachings and the wisdom of everything that has ever happened and everything that will ever happen to you.
In all space,
All time,
And all dimensions,
This book has got your name written on it.

Allow yourself to receive it in your heart now.
What is the hummingbird's message for you?
With this you return to flight,
Feeling lifted in your spirit,
Expanded in your being.
With such lightness you follow the hummingbird back down,
Down,
Down.
You are making your way back to the middle world.
You return to the great waterfall and once again you step through it.
Feeling the coolness on your being,
You feel this grounding effect.
It is time to make your way back to your body.
You jump through the warting fall,
And you turn into a fish.
And with lightness,
With ease and grace,
You flow down the waterfall.
You feel that you are flowing with life,
With all of creation,
That you are in harmony,
That you are in alignment,
And that you are following your true path.
You allow this path to take you back towards your body.
As you start to return back to the nature at which you entered this waterfall,
Feel yourself as you begin to make your way back to the river,
To the point at which you entered it.
Feel yourself shifting back into human form.
And yet this time,
The fluidity,
The subtlety,
The relaxation in your body that comes with having been a fish,
Returns into your physical form.
Feel the lightness in your being.
Feel the water element,
The flow state,
The divine inspiration merging into who you are in this being.
Allow yourself to be guided through the nature,
Feeling,
Seeing,
Smelling,
And witnessing the surroundings as you set the intention,

The tingling vibration of soul merging into matter,
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Feel the energy returning now.
And as you feel this grounding effect returning back into the body,
I invite you to reach your arms up over your head,
Stretching tall and long.
If you're seated,
You might want to take a little wriggle in your spine.
If you're laying down,
Rolling over onto one side,
And gradually in your own time,
Finding your seat,
Opening your eyes,
And landing back here in this space.
As you do so,
I invite you to take a moment of pause before returning to your busy day,
Finding some stillness,
Maybe an opportunity to journal,
To write,
To allow the messages to land here in this space,
And trusting that everything else that needs to be revealed will be revealed at the perfect time,
