My name is Gayle Joy and I'd like to welcome you to this vibrational sound meditation of embracing inner peace.
So take a moment to really settle in and relax,
Whether it's you're sitting on a chair or lying on the ground.
Letting go of the thoughts of the day,
The night,
What you've got to do,
What you have done.
Just bring yourself to the very presence of this moment.
Take a breath in,
Expand your whole body in every direction.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go of any tension,
Any thoughts that don't serve.
As you breathe in,
Expand your body in every direction.
And as you breathe out,
Releasing,
Letting go,
What does not serve.
What does not serve.
And one more time,
Take a breath in,
Expand your whole body and being in every direction.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go any physical tension that's in your body.
And continue to do this,
Allowing Mother Earth to support you,
Letting your body relax.
And just bring your mind's eye to your actual body and allow the sound to embrace you,
To support you in finding your inner peace.
