My name is Jenna Rose Shinetti with the Lab Room for Fin,
A meditation and mindfulness school that focuses on meditation,
Mindfulness,
And reawakening to the consciousness that is you.
In today's meditation,
We will be diving deep into our heart to manifest miracles,
To manifest our divine partner that we have been trying to manifest from the beginning of time.
So when you are ready,
I ask you to please sit down in a quiet spot that you will not be disturbed.
I ask you to sit down with your palms facing up,
With your spine erect,
Aligning your spine to be straight and sturdy so that all of the chakra energy can flow in and out.
I ask you to sit down and start to focus on your breath,
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continuing to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Allowing you to relax deeper into the meditation.
Another deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it,
Setting your intention for this meditation,
And then releasing,
Releasing your intention out into the universe,
Releasing your intention out into the collective consciousness to manifest your true heart's desire,
Your true life partner,
Your true soulmate,
Your true twin soul that reflects back at you or that you already are within yourself.
Imagine now and focus your attention on your third eye,
The spot right between your brows,
Putting all of your focus into your third eye,
Feeling the energy and feeling the portal of energy radiating over your third eye,
Opening and expanding your third eye.
Opening and expanding into a circular motion.
Feel your third eye opening up,
Awakening,
Allowing you to visualize in this meditation and bring forth that which you truly desire.
See now a big,
Huge,
White,
Crystalline light.
Imagine that light radiating and penetrating all of your body.
See the light fluttering your head,
Your eyes moving down your body,
Down your face,
Down your neck,
Relaxing you deeper and deeper,
Helping you to ascend into the higher realms of your body.
Ascending into the higher realms of consciousness,
Relaxing you deeper,
Taking away any stresses,
Any mind shadow,
Allowing you to be pure,
Conscious,
Source energy.
Moving that light down your neck,
Down your shoulders,
Down your back,
Down your heart.
Allow your heart to open and expand.
Allow your heart chakra to radiate with the pure,
Crystalline,
White light.
Allow the light to heal you.
Heal the broken heart.
Heal the pain.
Heal all pain and suffering and emotions and blockages that have been in your heart.
Release it now.
Allow yourself to forgive.
Let go of the anger.
Let go of the pain.
Let go of the heart.
You are free now.
For when you let go of the blockages and the pain,
You allow yourself to bring forth the energy that you need to manifest that which you truly desire.
You must open up your heart once again without fear,
Without judgment,
And allow yourself to be your authentic,
True self.
Allow yourself to move at the rhythm of your own vibration,
Without fear of being who you truly are.
Reawaken your heart.
Allow the pain and suffering to subside.
You are free.
You are free.
You are free.
Moving that light down your chest,
Down your stomach,
Down your hips,
Down your pelvis.
Releasing any stale energy in this area.
Cutting any cords from any people that no longer serve you.
Moving the light down your legs,
Down your feet,
And into the earth of Mother Gaia.
See the light penetrating underneath the ground,
The chair,
The couch,
The bed that you are sitting on.
See the light seeping down into the ground,
Into the grass,
Into the soil,
Into the mud,
All the way to the core of Mother Gaia,
The core of Mother Earth.
See the light falling into the core,
Allowing you to reemerge with the earth of Gaia,
Knowing that you are one.
See this light like a cylinder penetrating from the core of the earth,
All the way throughout your body,
Throughout your mind,
All the way up and above your head,
Above your crown chakra,
Above the sky,
Into space,
Into the ethos,
All the way up to the biggest and brightest star in the sky,
All the way up to your ascended self,
Aligning yourself with the energy of your ascended self,
All the way deep down into the core of Mother Gaia,
Grounding you now,
Allowing you the freedom to be who that you really are.
Take a deep breath.
I now invite you,
In your mind's eye,
To feel and see your desires manifesting.
Imagine now your life partner.
Imagine now the partner that you have been manifesting since the moment you came to this earth,
In all the fragments of awe of the people that you have met,
All of the characteristics,
All of the traits,
All of the attributes,
Their physical,
Their mental,
Their emotional,
And their physical characteristics.
Imagine now who they are.
Imagine now your preferred reality.
How do they walk?
How do they act?
How do they talk?
What do they look like?
See it now in your mind's eye,
Feeling into the feelings of what it's like with that partner.
Imagine now you with that desired partner,
The activities that you are doing together,
The emotions that you feel,
The laughter,
The fun,
The intimacy,
Romance.
Imagine it all now like a movie screen in your head,
Feeling into the emotions.
Now bringing in the five senses.
What do you see?
What does your desired partner look like?
What atmosphere are you in?
Where are you at?
What is around you?
What are you doing?
Seeing it.
Bringing in your hearing,
Your ears.
What is it that you hear?
Is it the laughter of their voice?
Is it the tone of their speech?
Is it the sound of the birds chirping?
What does it sound like when you're with this desired partner?
Are they telling jokes?
Are they fighting spiritual welfare?
Are you both listening to your favorite musician at a concert?
Bring in now what it sounds like when you're with this desired partner.
Bringing in the sense of smell.
What does your partner smell like?
Do you smell a fancy cologne?
Or a cheap perfume?
Do you smell the smell of their own body odor?
All of the fragrance that they are.
Do you smell the smells of sweet food?
Delicious tastings of all of the restaurants and food that you guys would eat together?
Smell it now and bring in the senses to manifest your partner onto you.
Now bringing in your sense of taste.
What is it that you taste when you're with your desired partner?
Is it the taste of their kisses?
The taste of their skin?
The taste of the food that you guys eat together?
Bringing in the taste.
The taste of coffee that you enjoy together.
Imagine and feel it now.
And lastly,
What does it feel like when you are with your partner?
What does it feel like for you?
And what do they feel like?
Is their skin soft?
Do they give you the warm,
Butterfly feelings?
Do they give you a feeling of comfort?
Peace?
Stability?
Freedom to be your own person?
Feel into this emotion.
Allow yourself to cry or smile.
You've waited so long for this partner.
It is yours.
They are yours.
Repeat with me.
Either inside or out loud.
Thank you.
The person I desire,
Desires me.
Thank you.
The person I desire,
Desires me.
Thank you.
My perfect partner,
Desires me.
For you are your own perfect partner.
And when you become aligned in who you really are,
When you can fully and completely love yourself in all of the good that you are and also all of the contrasts that you are,
That is when your desired partner will manifest in your reality.
For your desired partner is only a pure reflection of that which you really are.
You are the perfect partner for your perfect partner.
Repeating that,

Making a big deal about them two nos and how I feel about them.

May you open your eyes when you are ready and come back into a new reality that is more aligned with that which you perform.
