We are going to be working on a manifestation meditation.
This is a powerful practice where you will focus your thoughts,
Emotions,
And energy on attracting your desires and goals into your life.
It is a mix of mindfulness,
Visualization,
And positive affirmations that will help you align with the universe to create the reality you want and know that you deserve.
We will go ahead and get started.
You can get comfy in your seat or lay down if you would like.
It doesn't matter your physical posture.
We are just starting to prime our hearts and mind to an open,
Expansive experience.
Give yourself permission to be free and accept what comes your way.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take a breath in your nose.
Exhale out of your mouth.
Let it all out.
We will do that a few more times.
Inhale to expand your belly,
Big breath,
Big expansion,
And exhale,
Contract.
Let all of that come out.
Exhale all the way.
Inhale fullness.
Exhale the empty.
Allow your breath to come to its normal pace.
No need to hurry or slow it down.
We will settle in here.
Start off by setting your intention.
What is coming to you today that you want to manifest?
Is it more love in your relationships?
More financial abundance?
Do you want to manifest clarity around a big decision?
Whatever the intention,
Be specific and clear in your mind's eye.
Bring your intention to the center.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Let go of any distractions in your thoughts.
Re-center on your intention.
Visualize your desired outcome.
See it as though it already exists.
You already have it.
You are already there.
Repeat a positive affirmation about your goal.
If you are manifesting stronger relationships,
You may say to yourself,
I am in strong,
Healthy relationships.
If you are manifesting success,
You may say to yourself,
I am successful and abundant.
Whatever you desire,
Breathe in.
See yourself already having it.
Exhale the vision you have already achieved it.
Inhale.
I am in strong,
Healthy relationships.
Exhale.
Inhale.
I am successful and abundant.
Exhale.
See yourself abundant.
Taking a moment here,
Embrace the positive emotions connected with your manifestation.
Take a moment to reflect.
How does your body feel in this state of satisfaction?
How does it feel in your shoulders?
Your chest to feel that expansion?
Feel the joy,
Gratitude and excitement as if it's already there.
As if it's already yours.
Inhale here.
Exhale.
Inhale,
Filling your lungs with joy.
Exhale out gratitude.
It is time to let go.
Let go of any attachment to outcome.
Let go of any attachment to the future.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let it all go.
The opportunity is here for you to trust the universe.
Trust the universe to bring your desire to you in perfect timing.
Inhale trust.
Exhale.
Let go of attachment to the outcome.
Release any tension that you feel in your jaw.
Release your forehead here.
Allow your eyebrows to just lay.
Take a few more deep breaths here.
Seeing yourself successful,
Abundant,
Overflowing with loving relationships.
Take a moment to come back into your body.
Blink your eyes open.
Crinkle your nose up,
Your forehead.
And let all that go.
Lift the corners of your mouth.
Say to yourself,
I am here.
I am happy.
I am secure.
