Welcome to five minutes of gratitude,
Building a daily practice of appreciation,
Grounding and inner peace.
Let's begin.
Sit in a comfortable position,
Allowing the body to find stillness,
Letting go of any tension.
As you allow yourself to ground in the appreciation of the now.
Close your eyes and take a full,
Deep breath,
Inhaling deeply,
Letting go of anything that is from the past or the future.
Exhaling now,
Anything that stills your focus.
Invite anything that's occupying your mind to come into focus.
With a deep breath,
Encapsulate that thought and feeling inside the oxygen bubble.
And as you exhale,
Focus now only on the present moment,
The stillness,
The breath and the space around you.
With another deep breath,
Appreciate the stillness of now.
When we are in a state of appreciation,
We're in a state of present moment awareness.
This experience allows gratitude to grow.
As you take another deep breath,
Silently bring forth things that you're grateful for in the here and now.
What is working for you in your experience?
What feels whole and well?
As you exhale and bring in another quick breath,
Silently bring gratitude to yourself,
Affirming I am here,
I am now,
I am grateful for this moment.
Allow your presence to sit in your chest,
Filling your body from head to toe,
Being grateful for your life,
No matter what's happening right now.
Being grateful for your awareness,
Being grateful for the now.
With another deep breath,
Allow peace to settle within this moment,
Knowing that your power,
Your strength,
Your beauty is always waiting for you to come back to it,
To come back to home,
To center.
Feel the gratitude that's pulsing in every inch within you and around you.
There's so much more to focus on.
There's so much good to be had.
Allow this affirmation to fill you,
Settling within your mind,
Body,
And spirit.
I am grateful for the beauty of the present moment.
I release the past and the future,
And instead,
Ground myself in the gratitude of now.
When you are focused on the now,
You focus on what's working.
As you move through your day,
Carry the peace that is available to you in this now,
This stillness into everything that you do.
Be grateful for the now.
With one deep final breath,
Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
Allow the gratitude to settle within you.
When you're ready,
Bring yourself to full awareness and know that everything is working in your favor.
