Let's get started.
Allow your body to come to stillness,
Finding a comparable position,
Rolling your shoulders down your spine,
And closing your eyes with a deep inhale.
Slowly exhale and allow the body to find relaxation in the present moment.
With another breath,
Begin to feel yourself becoming centered and at ease.
Let your mind settle and focus on the rhythm of your breath.
Now bring your attention to your heart space,
The center of your chest.
Imagine a warm golden light glowing softly from the space.
This is the energy of love,
The love you give and the love that is given to you.
And as you take another breath,
Lean into a sense of gratitude and connection,
The space of appreciation for this loving energy that flows through you,
In through the heart space,
And out each and every day.
With each inhale,
Imagine this light filling your chest and spreading throughout your entire body.
With each exhale,
Let go of any tension,
Negativity,
Or stress that does not allow you to fully love and freely be within gratitude.
With your next breath,
Bring into your mind's eye the people that you love,
Whether it's family,
Friends,
Or anyone who has shown you kindness and care.
Allow their likeness,
Their image,
To fill your mind.
And as it does,
Feel the gratitude for their presence in your life.
Transcending that warm light from you over to them,
Offering a brilliant and beautiful warm embrace.
Now think of yourself,
Drawing an image of yourself in your own mind.
Think about how you care for yourself,
For your strength,
For the compassion.
Think about the acts that you do that fill you with gratitude,
The things that show that you trust yourself,
The things that allow that light within you to shine beautifully and brightly.
And feel the appreciation for your heart,
Your strength,
And your compassion.
When moments arise where you feel disconnected to that gratitude and love,
Acknowledge them with compassion,
Knowing your light is always within you,
Affirming,
I'm grateful for the love in my life.
I open my heart to receive love,
And I give love completely.
I am one with the light that is within me,
And I'm grateful to let it expand,
Radiating outward,
Flowing to every part of my being and throughout the entire universe.
In this moment,
I am grateful for the love that is ever-present and for the love I carry within.
Sit with this feeling for a few moments,
Letting the gratitude energy of love fill you from every single angle of your body.
Let every cell fill itself with gratitude and love,
Knowing that you are light,
You give light,
And you move freely in the gratitude of light.
And when you're ready,
Take one final deep breath in,
And exhale gently,
Carrying the warmth of love and gratitude throughout the rest of your day.
