I'm Colette,

And welcome to the Sleep Sound Series,

Our mini meditation with one hour relaxation sounds for sleep and for rest.

I hope you enjoy this one hour calming wave sounds,

And this is a field recording I had taken on a beach somewhere along the coast of Pompano Beach,

Florida.

Just allowing your eyes to close very softly.

Allow your jaw to soften,

And see if you can soften your jaw so much that you can feel your earlobes just drop away.

Allowing any tension in the top of your head to just soften.

Relaxing through your throat and your collarbones.

Soften your belly.

Relax your tailbone and your hips.

Relaxing through your arms,

All ten fingers.

Relaxing your knees.

Relaxing your legs,

Your heels,

And your toes.

Taking a big breath in through your nose,

Exhaling through your mouth.

Breathing in deeply,

Sending your breath all the way up to the crown of your head.

As you exhale from the crown of your head,

Moving all the way down towards your feet.

Beginning to cycle your breathing,

Breathing in,

Flowing all the way up.

As you breathe out,

Sending the breath away,

Moving all the energy down towards your feet.

Do more breathing in,

And exhale,

Letting go.

Last one,

Breathing in deeply,

All the way up,

And exhale all the way down,

Giving your body and your mind permission to let go and relax.
