Good morning.
I'm Seth Barker and welcome to your Great Day Morning Meditation.
I invite you to settle into a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes.
Rest your hands together with your palms facing up on your lap or whatever may be comfortable for you.
Together,
Let's take a refreshing,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let that go.
A rejuvenating,
Deep breath in and release.
A recharging,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let that go.
Welcome to the present moment,
The place of pure potential and possibility.
As you continue to witness this present moment,
Let's ask ourselves a few soul questions.
Simply allow whatever answers to bubble up,
No need to force anything.
At my deepest,
My core,
What am I?
At my deepest,
My core,
What am I?
What do I appreciate?
What do I appreciate?
Allow that list of appreciation to run and feel the energy of appreciation flow.
What feeling or feelings does my heart desire?
What feeling or feelings does my heart desire?
What do I desire from this life?
What do I desire from this life?
How can I be of service to humanity and the world?
How can I be of service to humanity and the world?
Let's set an intention based on the answers you received from the soul questions.
This intention can be for the next hour,
Today,
This week,
Month,
Or year.
This is your intention.
Allow whatever intention is at your core to bubble up.
Listen deeply.
Don't force it.
If an intention does not bubble up today,
That's okay.
Once you have your intention,
I invite you to place it like a seed into the palm of your hand and raise your hand to your chest.
Feel that seed fully formed,
Knowing that nature's intelligence,
The support of the universe,
And the momentum of your thought has created the perfect little seed ready to be nourished.
As you continue breathing,
Allow that perfect little seed to enter into the garden of your heart.
Feel with each breath that seed finding a home and beginning to take root.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and let that go.
Another slow,
Deep breath in and release.
Release that seed into the garden.
There's nothing more that needs to be done other than nourish it,
And we do that by spending time in the stillness and silence of meditation.
Today,
We'll be silently repeating the mantra,
Aham Brahmasmi,
Or I am the universe.
When you find that your mind has wandered away to thought,
Simply bring it back to the mantra.
When you hear the bell at the end of the meditation,
Sit gently with your eyes closed.
I'll watch the time you repeat the mantra.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi.
I am the universe.
You can gently stretch your neck from side to side.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And open your eyes when you're ready.
Aham Brahmasmi.
I am the universe.
Thank you for joining me and other meditators just like you for this morning meditation.
I'm Seth Barker wishing you a great day.
Namaste.
