I would like to invite you on a meditation beach journey.
So if you want to find a nice space to lie or sit in and you can make that environment as sensory as you like with essential oils,
Candles,
Incense,
Blankets,
Cushions and then when you are ready to listen to it just settling down into your space,
Closing your eyes if you feel comfortable or keeping them open,
Whatever works for you.
Just start to begin to listen to the sounds that you can feel and bringing to mind a beautiful beach somewhere and that can be a place you visited or just one that comes to mind.
And as it does just noticing the ocean in front of you,
The beach,
The scenery around you.
The sun is just beginning to gently set and the sky is turning a wonderful pinks colours.
Just going to walk along the oceanfront,
Bare feet on the sand,
Feeling the waves just gently lap as they wash over your feet.
The water is nice and warm.
Really coming into the senses of what you can smell,
Maybe you can even smell the salt of the sea,
Feel the light breeze on your face,
The warmth of the sun.
It's just beginning to set.
I'm just going to find a nice spot somewhere where you can either sit and watch the sun set or lie down.
Just begin breathing now into your heart space,
Feeling the breath in the body.
Breathing into the heart and just really as you do,
Just opening up to the environment that you're in,
Just watching this beautiful ocean and the sun,
Sky.
Breathing those feelings into the body,
Into the heart.
As you breathe into the heart,
We're just opening up to receiving that light from the sun.
Receiving the ocean.
Receiving that real connection with nature.
That real feeling of being at one with it rather than separate to it.
As you begin to feel that connection grow in the heart,
I'm just going to ask the question,
Is there anything that you need to know right now that your higher self wants you to know?
We're not always aware when we're thinking and just in this feeling space,
Maybe some inner wisdom for you.
Maybe some guidance around the question that you've been pondering.
Maybe some direction or clarity.
Maybe just a word,
Image that comes to mind.
Then just spending the rest of the time now just enjoying this environment.
Connecting to these feelings of love and safety in the body,
In the heart space.
I'm going to send these feelings now just around to the rest of the body as you breathe.
All the way down through the body to the feet and all the way up to the top of the head.
Enhancing the connection to your body.
The connection of your body to nature.
Something catches your eye now in the ocean.
You see some dolphins and whales,
Playful in the ocean.
Imagining that feeling of just that freedom of playing,
Swimming.
Maybe you'd like to also enter the water to join them or just sit here and continue to watch.
Notice now the sun is really starting to set beyond the horizon and it's time now to leave.
Knowing you can come back and visit at any time.
Beginning to just gently let any images fade.
Coming back into the room that you're in.
Taking some nice deep breaths in the body.
And when you feel ready just beginning to have a move around and stretch and opening your eyes just when you're ready.
