Welcome to this meditation and this is an opportunity to work with the full moon energy.

I'm just dropping into that more intuition and feeling sense out of the mind and the knowing.

Working with this full moon energy is just working with that release,

Holding the control that we have when we're always acting from our survival response and allowing that nervous system to settle,

Just to drop into the body more,

Into the heart space and just spend some time with receiving any wisdom that may flow through or it could be just a sense of connection.

There might be some lightness and release and the moon just really shows us that even in the dark there is a light that can guide us.

So if you'd like to take a moment just to settle into a space,

Either lying or sitting,

Getting yourself comfortable.

It may help just to pause and just create a lovely sensory environment with incense,

Some candles,

Essential oils,

Maybe some crystals around you if you love crystals,

Anything that you feel might enhance the experience.

So begin by just dropping into the body from the mind,

Beginning in the stomach,

Just breathing deeply into this area,

Taking some nice deep breaths at first,

Just to enable that pull downwards into the body,

Then allowing that breath to rise up into the chest,

Into the heart space and just spending a moment just to settle into here,

Listening to the sounds that you can hear,

Those night sounds of the insects,

The crickets,

Just really feeling into that connection and then beginning to imagine or vision being in a beautiful garden of roses.

You might be able to smell the scents of those roses as you lay here amongst them.

It's night time under the light of a full moon,

A beautiful warm summer's evening.

As you lay under this light of the full moon,

You just open up to receiving the energy in connection with the moon to help release anything that's weighing heavy,

Letting go,

But also recognising how much you have achieved,

The things that we sometimes take for granted.

Don't take time to just be with and just recognise what I have actually achieved,

To get to where I am now,

To be here,

So living and breathing.

Spend a moment to honour that.

I'm going to lie here now for a moment,

Just listening to the music and just receiving any healing that we may need.

It could be an energy boost.

We're just going to surrender into that trust and flow and allowing for things to be as they are.

Coming away from always having to think and control outcomes,

Just giving that nervous system a nice break for a moment.

Final scent of the roses,

Just being aware of this connection that you have with nature,

Oneness with it.

Everything in it is supporting you and your growth.

You're never alone.

Just beginning to let any images fade,

Just coming back into the breath and the body,

Beginning to come back into where you are in this moment,

In the room that you're in.

Just checking in with yourself how you're feeling now or any insights that came up for you.

Beginning to have a stretch and a move around and then when you feel ready,

Just opening your eyes.

I hope you enjoyed this moment just to connect more with your inner self.

Giving the mind a break,

Taking some time out just to reset your nervous system back into your intuitive knowing.
