Hi there and welcome to episode 2 of the Get Shit Done audio series.

This month we're talking all about love.

Before we dive in to this motivational mashup,

Let's take a deep breath to align with the now.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold and release.

Breathe out.

Very good.

Now let's dive in,

Shall we?

What is love?

Love is a feeling.

Love is a vibration.

Love is one of the highest frequencies that you can have.

February seems to always be about Valentine's Day.

Is there a significant other or not and if there is,

What's the quality of that relationship?

There's a lot of focus out,

You know,

Like love is out there somewhere in the world to be found and gotten from someone else.

Why is it that we can't find love around us in every moment?

Love is meant to be enjoyed.

Love is meant to be felt.

Love is meant to be in every aspect of what we do.

We are love.

We first need to start with ourselves because it's only when we practice this on ourselves are we able to then extend it on to others.

What matters most is the love you feel for yourself and the relationship you have with yourself.

The highest form of self love for me is doing what I love on a daily basis.

Choosing a career path that enables my days to be filled with activities that fill me with joy.

We can find love in every single moment.

We can find love all around us,

In the people that we know,

In the families,

In our friends.

Your most significant relationship really is with you and it determines the kinds of relationships you can have with others.

Oftentimes when things don't go as we planned,

We tend to be down on ourselves and come down on ourselves incredibly hard.

Remember to celebrate yourself first.

Being disciplined and authentic with your word first to yourself and others is also a way to embody and spread love.

Start with listening to yourself.

I mean what relationship works if you're not listening.

And finding that love and enjoyment and bliss in yourself,

That's when you can truly find the love for the other people.

That's when you can truly find the love in the life that you are living.

You can actually be more of a gift to them when you focus on yourself first,

When you fill yourself up so that you can come to them lit up from within and full of love for yourself.

When you love yourself entirely and get into the practice of showing up authentically for yourself,

You can better show up for your romantic partner,

In your career and for your family.

My kids,

My three beautiful children that I love,

They give me the most joy,

Happiness,

Laugh,

Smile.

They show me the most love.

I know that they love me and it feels so good.

The love is there until every single thing in between,

From a kick to the hiccups to doctors visits to heartbeats,

You know the three month checkup,

The five months when you know what you're having,

It's the boy or girl and the love grows,

The love grows.

And then when they're born and you hear that first cry and you cry,

My heart just explodes.

It's absolutely beautiful and that's the meaning of love to me.

When you are living a life of love,

You're ultimately spreading it with everyone around you.

When you raise your vibrations to that of love,

You're actually able to reach a mass amount of people.

Have you ever noticed randomly you're going to feel this amazing overwhelming feeling of love?

That's because someone around you is in total love with themselves,

With their lives,

With the people that they have attracted into their world.

What would your life look like if it was solely based around love?

So start by listening to yourself,

Start by noticing the dialogue that's happening in your head,

The feelings that arise in your body.

Get reacquainted with yourself and then you can start falling back in love with yourself.

Sometimes things may not go according to our plans in that particular time and we need to allow ourselves to be okay with that.

Every day just find three good things to tell yourself.

You also really can just start with noticing.

So start with noticing,

Start with celebrating,

Start with being playful with yourself.

Don't worry about how to do it or getting it right or wrong.

Just get reacquainted and remember that any harsh words that you're hearing are not really you.

You are not that harsh voice and you are also not what it says you are.

You're bigger and more than it.

You are worthy.

You do matter.

You are lovable.

You are loved and there is love inside you for you.

It's just a matter of reconnecting with it.

Love is amazing.

Love is a gift.

Remember you are love.

Now let's get out there and get shit done.
