I'm so proud of you for taking this time for yourself.
I'm Guri and I would like to share this message that I wrote to honor every being for who they are.
I wrote this down when I realized that I accepted myself for who I am and believed in my abilities,
My talents,
My skills that can transform the world.
Thich Nhat Hanh once said,
To be beautiful means to be yourself.
You don't really need to be accepted by others,
You need to accept yourself.
So find your most comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
I would suggest you to listen to this audio with an open mind where everything is possible.
Imagine that there were two creators who made so many babies in the universe.
They made water,
Air,
Earth,
Fire,
Sound,
Animals,
Birds,
Plants,
And so-called humans.
They only made humans,
That's it.
But then humans made male,
Female,
Heterosexual,
Homosexual,
Bisexual,
Pansexual,
And the list goes on and on.
Also humans made white people,
Black people,
Brown people,
And so on.
But the creators made only humans.
So why we don't feel that we are humans first?
Why we don't think that we are all equal?
Why we still have a hard time accepting that we are all connected?
If you ever feel that you're alone,
Always remember you are a part of this collective consciousness,
As equal as anybody else.
Yes,
You are unique,
But at the same time you're not different.
You deserve the same love.
You deserve the same right to live as anybody else.
Creator is always with you,
Always taking care of you,
Because you are one of their babies.
And parents always take care of their babies and make sure their children are happy.
You came into this world because you were allowed to come and share your beautiful energy with others,
Share your talents,
Share your voice with the world.
You are whole and complete,
So don't ever think that you're less than anybody.
If your eyes are closed,
Take the next breath in and feel the life in it.
You're only able to breathe because you are chosen by the Creator.
So accept yourself because the Creator has already accepted you.
And when you will totally accept yourself,
You will not need to ask others for acceptance.
So give yourself a tight hug,
As you would hug someone you love so much.
You are a masterpiece,
One of a kind.
Embrace your beauty.
