No matter how good you think you may know yourself, it is always good to turn over every stone you find on your journey. You will want to turn this one! Even if you hear information that is already known, it is always beneficial to be reminded of it, especially if it allows you to see things in a different way than you did previously. An excellent course. In 5 immersive sessions key Buddhist concepts and patterns are clearly and artfully explained. Focus and breathing. Mind and introspection. The interconnectedness and continual changing nature of everything. I found that each session brought my meditation practice and consciousness to a new level. I will certainly redo this course and other courses of Guri Sohal. Very well done. 5 very rewarding sessions.
