Preferably in upright position With your back not leaning against anything And close your eyes Starting now Feel the energy of this blue moon Emanating upon you Draping upon you It's mystical energy Of vast change Of unknowingness Knowing that unknowingness means That anything can happen That change is upon us That we can change The direction we want to be The direction we want to go The direction we want to live in The direction we want to see Choose this change In this moment As you harness this positive energy This positive change This unreal moment Of spectacular phenomenon Feel your body relax As you're breathing deeply within Hold this breath in Hold it Now release Feel the muscles In your shoulders, Your neck Your upper body Release tension Feel yourself Become a cloud And as you become this cloud See yourself Wafting up into the air Gaining strength Momentum And lightness As you continue to waft upward And upward Up into the sky Up into outer space Until you yourself Are a cloud standing next to the moon You feel its bright reflection of light Reflecting and shining through you Through your new transparent body as a cloud This energy healing you Changing you hover over the earth Looking upon it Seeing how beautiful this planet is Flying all across the earth Looking down upon cities Planes Wild animals See yourself looking upon different parts of the world Seeing how massive this world is And everywhere you fly over You feel that your new light energy Is changing the world And it is not diminishing your own energy But adding to it As a candle can light
