Take a moment to settle into stillness.

Whether you're seated or lying down,

Eyes open and soft gaze or eyes closed.

Let your hands rest where they naturally want to fall.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

Make it slower,

Make it bigger.

Exhale,

Let your shoulders drop,

Relax your jaw.

One more deep breath in,

Fill your low belly.

Exhale,

Release.

Take a moment to feel the surface beneath you holding you.

Steady and supportive.

With every exhale,

Allow your body to relax deeper into this support that holds you.

Now I want you to bring to mind a fear that you may have.

Fear of showing up,

Expressing yourself.

Fear of being rejected or whatever it might be.

Without judgment,

I want you to become aware of the spaces in your body where this fear might live.

I just want you to breathe gently into those spaces.

With every exhale,

Imagine the tension melting away.

I want you to remember that even if the tightness is still there,

It's just sensation.

It's okay to let that fear move through you and feel it.

Remembering that you are resilient and it's only sensation.

Now bring your awareness to your solar plexus,

The area just above your navel.

This is the chakra of inner fire,

Self-worth,

Confidence,

And your personal power,

Your inner courage.

I want you to imagine at this space above your navel that you see a warm,

Golden,

Glowing light.

With each breath you see this golden light expand,

Glowing brighter with your inhale and remaining steady with your exhale.

Let this light of confidence,

Inner power,

And courage fill your belly,

Your ribs,

And your chest.

This is the light of your inner truth,

Strong,

Radiant,

And alive.

Now I want you to affirm to yourself silently or out loud,

It is safe for me to be seen.

I am safe in my power.

I trust myself.

I am strong and I am capable.

Feel the warmth of this golden ball of light spreading through your body,

A quiet,

Grounded confidence awakening from within.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale completely through your mouth.

And remember that your authenticity is your power.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And if your eyes were closed,

Go ahead and open them.

You are confident.

You are clear.

You are seen and you are safe.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.
