Welcome to this short version of the visualization to make life choices.
I invite you to get really comfortable.
If you're wearing glasses,
Take them off to relax your face more.
Connect with your body,
With your breathing.
And allow any relaxation of your body,
Of your mind to settle.
It can be helpful to take a few subtle but longer inhalations and exhalations.
So don't force it but just very gently increase the length of your in and out breath a few times.
And I'm gonna take you through a small visualization.
And you don't have to worry about being good at it or making a perfect video in your mind.
Just be very relaxed and allow any image or feeling to come.
Maybe you don't even see anything that's perfectly fine.
Just have a kind of a sense of what I'm describing.
So imagine that you're sitting in a beautiful forest,
A quiet forest in the morning.
And you're sitting in front of a well,
A very deep well.
Now the cool thing about this forest is it's actually the jungle of your own heart.
And the well leads into the depth of your soul.
And anything that you give to the well,
Especially if it's a question,
Will be returned with an answer.
So I invite you to bring forth in your mind the decision you want to make,
The choice that is on your mind.
And just sit with it for a moment.
Ask the question that it is for you and notice any thoughts that come with it,
Any sensations in your body,
Without wanting to change it or somehow process it.
Just be with this thing in your life that you want to have clarity and the choice around.
Just bring it forth and sit with it for a moment.
Simply noticing anything that comes up.
Maybe there's anxiety or stress or happiness.
Just mindfully being present with whatever arises for you.
Keeping your face calm,
Your shoulders relaxed,
Your breath not too shallow.
And now imagine carefully wrapping your question,
Your topic,
Your decision to be with some wrapping paper.
Just wrapping paper,
Wrapping it around your question.
And then,
Don't do it yet,
But as you throw it into the well,
You offer it into the tunnel that goes directly to the depth of your soul.
Let it go completely.
So now go ahead and offer your question,
Your choice,
Your thing into the well.
Just release it like you would release a person.
Let it go completely.

And then just return to your meditation and trust that your parcel is traveling down now to the depth of your being.
You can even imagine it going down,
Down,
Down,
Down into the well as you're sitting here meditating.
And then just let the visualization go completely.
And then what I would invite you to do is just simply stay open for the answer.
So you've now deposited your question deep inside the well.
And then trust that an answer will come.
It will come in its own time,
In its own way,
But you'll immediately recognize it with the clarity of intuition.
So trust that.
You can even say into the well,
If you want to bring it back for a second,
Please answer me in your own time.
Or you can give any additional intention to make it work for you.
And then I invite you to go about your day and just patiently wait for the answer to bumble up to the surface.
