This meditation I made for those who could use a little encouragement in the morning hours. it is very short but also very powerful when embraced. Inspired by Dueter, and Osho this meditation takes you past chronological time and past physical time and into the present moment. Listen to it any time you wish to be centered. The pitch of the chime is set to help you center. Most people start their days wrong and this is a little reminder and helper to make you aware when you need it.

GONG GONG GONG GONG Welcome back to consciousness.

As you lie there awake,

Feel your body,

Feel your essence,

And feel your consciousness and control.

You are your consciousness.

It's what surrounds you.

It is you.

It is everything in the world,

Actually.

But you must stay centered to know that.

Stay centered and aware.

Keep your focus as you're waking up towards the center of your nose with your eyes closed.

And re-listen to this music anytime you feel uncentered or being pulled by the force of time.

Remember,

Chronological time is just here to let us know it's time to move forward and do something.

Then we have to get through psychological time,

And psychological time is there to let us know how fast we need to do it,

Or how slow we need to do it.

Can we take our time?

Do we have to hurry up and go faster?

So start your day beautifully.

Remain centered with your awareness towards the center of your nose.

And wake up and feel the world.

It's going to be a wonderful day,

As long as you stay centered.

And keep this within your heart,

And within your soul,

And within your consciousness.
