Loving Heart Pain Unconditionally In the depths of my being,

A pain does reside,

Aching and throbbing,

Impossible to hide.

I've learned a lesson,

Profound and true,

To embrace my heart pain,

To let it renew.

For pain is a teacher,

A guide in disguise.

It unveils our shadows and makes us realise that through dark moments love can hold bloom,

And with our heart pain a sacred light does loom.

It dances with sorrow as I hold it close to my chest,

Letting tears wash over me over lost memories made manifest.

The lessons it carried,

The wisdom it bore,

To find strength in vulnerability,

To heal at the core.

I've learned to love my heart pain unconditionally for me,

To honour all its presence to set my soul free.

For in its depths lie the seeds of growth,

And through its torment I discover my oath to be kind to myself in moments of despair,

To cherish my wounds with gentle love and care.

For in the end,

Pain is a part of this 3D existence,

A divine reminder of our capacity for loving,

Graceful resilience.
