Let your body relax as you begin to absorb the sounds as they permeate through the air. Focus on the gentle vibrations around you. Allow these sound waves to flow over and through you. Imagine these vibrations as waves of light, moving into your body. With each wave, feel them dissolving pain, stress, and tension. Breathing into the sensations you feel and exhaling any discomfort.
