Go ahead and get into a comfortable position.
You can be sitting or lying down,
Whichever you prefer.
And just begin by taking a deep breath in and filling your belly up with air and exhaling all of it out.
Do that one more time,
Really filling the lower belly up and exhaling all of it out.
Slowly bringing your breath back to its natural rhythm,
Pause for a moment.
Relax your arms.
Relax your hands.
Relax your fingers.
Feel your entire chest and your stomach and your legs all get heavy with relaxation and feel your body drop deeper and deeper into calmness.
You know deep within you that there is more for you to live out there.
You know that there is more that you want out there.
And you feel that when you think about it,
Fear can creep in and you want to hold more courage.
But it may even feel like you're frozen in time.
So take a deep breath in and as you do,
I want you to imagine your body getting firmer and bigger and stronger as your fear just swirls around you.
Breathe in.
You're expanding,
You are strengthening and you are ready to break through those swirls of fear that are surrounding you.
Breathe in,
See yourself as stronger.
Breathe out,
Let go of that fear,
Push it away.
Breathe in,
A stronger more connected you.
Breathe out all of the fear.
Breathe in,
Shine bright,
Be big,
Be bold.
Breathe out,
Let anything that doesn't serve you float with your exhale and float away.
The fear is always going to live around us in some way.
All we can do is recognize it and choose mindfully the courage within us.
Choose to take action against it and not let it grab a hold of you.
I want you to take a moment to think about something that you really want in your life.
Something or situation or a new habit that you might want to attract.
Something that you know you don't have in this exact moment but something you need to work towards or want to work towards.
Hold that vision.
And as you hold that vision,
Show yourself the fear that swirls around it.
Just recognize it.
Don't feel the heaviness,
Don't make it mean anything.
And as you hold the vision of what you're wanting,
We're going to breathe in.
We're going to breathe in all of the courage.
And I really want you to give your courage a color.
Imagine yourself breathing in that color more and more with every deep breath in.
And we'll begin.
Breathe in.
Breathe in the courage.
Breathe in the color you've given it.
Breathe in the lightness and the strength it gives you.
And breathe out all of the way.
Empty your lungs.
Another deep breath in,
Breathing in the color of your courage,
Watching it fill your body completely.
And breathe out.
Another deep breath in,
More and more of your color filling your body and your entire life with courage.
And breathe it all out.
Breathe in all of the courage.
Breathe in the lightness and the strength it gives you.
Breathe in all the way in.
Just fill your lungs with that beautiful air.
And breathe it all out.
And return your breath to its normal rhythm.
Now take another look at that vision,
What you want.
Notice as all the different feelings of fear have escaped from around it.
And instead,
There's no color attached to it,
Only the color that's illuminating.
And you can see the color of your breath.
And instead,
There's no color attached to it,
Only the color that's illuminated by your color of courage.
And remember,
This is your choice,
This is your strength.
It's within you.
You have everything you need.
You have the love and the courage and the trust to make it all come true.
