I'm Heather,
I'm an EFT tapping practitioner and I'll be guiding you through a quick tap in today to help you with this concept of internal safety.
Now,

We are going to be working with creating a sense of wholeness,
Of feeling good,
Of not needing or seeking external validation or external results,
External things to fill us up so for example it could be that we think when we reach a major milestone in our career then we'll feel good and then we'll feel complete or perhaps we're waiting for someone to get down on one knee and say will you marry me and then then we'll feel good and sometimes we give away our power to other people or other things that when those things maybe even when they disappear we crumble and we feel like our life's over And I'm sure if you're an entrepreneur or somebody who's been through many changes in their career and life,
You already know how it feels to have everything and maybe lose everything.
And it's about how if that ever happens to you in life and something unexpected happens,
Do you have the belief inside you that you're still going to be OK?
That's the internal safety that we want to create.
Or it could be that you want to do public speaking.
The thought of,
Oh,
I can't do it because I'm not going to be perfect.
What if people judge me?
What if this and that?
And you put all your energy on something else rather than just being like,
Even if I say the words wrong,
Even if I shake,
I'm still going to be OK and I'm still going to love myself and I'm going to trust myself in this journey I'm going on.
So if that's something that aligns with you right now,
We're going to start tapping at the side of the hand and we're just going to clear away.
The the need for these external things and how sometimes we can attach a lot to them.
Okay,
So let's begin.
Sometimes I rely on external things.
To make me feel safe.
It could be a certain amount of income.
It could be a milestone.
Or it could be even a person.
And I tell myself,
Because I have those things,
Or because I'm working towards those things.
I'm okay.
As long as I have it.
And if I don't have it then I don't feel safe.
I don't feel good.
I don't feel like I can trust myself and trust my life.
And there have been occasions in my life.
Where I've put things on a pedestal.
And then when that thing has fallen off or something has changed.
It does feel like an internal collapse.
But I want to get better.
Betterer.
Managing The way I see this.
I don't want to constantly rely on the external.
To feel safe.
I want to be able to fully trust myself.
To have compassion for myself.
And to.
.
.
Believe in myself.
And that I'm on the right track.
So as I'm tapping and thinking of those things,
And choosing to slowly detach from them.
And.
.
.
Trusting that even if something was to change in my life.
That I be able to handle it.
Because I'm building the internal safety now.
And I deeply and completely.
Love,
Honor,
And forgive myself.
Because I know that I am everything I need.
I can take care of myself.
Okay,
You can stop tapping there and take a deep breath in.
And big exhale.
Just take a moment to notice however you're feeling or whatever's coming up.
Maybe you already have an idea of these achievements,
These milestones,
This amount of money,
This thing that you feel like without it,
You're nothing.
And this can happen for a multitude of reasons.
But really,
This is about believing in ourselves,
Really feeling like we're enough and that even if life throws us a curveball and things happen to us that are unexpected,
That we can get back up again because we believe in ourselves and believe that things will work out for us.
So we're going to start tapping at the top of the head and just repeat after me.
I am creating internal safety for myself.
I am safe.
Because I get to choose to believe whatever I want to believe.
And today I am choosing to release.
Being so attached to the external.
Maybe it's people's opinions or judgments.
Maybe it's the mage a milestone.
Whatever it is.
I am choosing to believe.
That I am good enough now.
That I am enough exactly as I am now.
Because the more that I look outside of myself for validation.
The less that I truly love myself.
And I'm choosing to love myself as I am today.
Knowing that I am whole and complete.
That I have everything I need.
And that I am everything I need.
And that no matter what happens in my life.
I am able to handle it.
With compassion.
With faith.
With trust.
Instead of.
Feeling so anxious and worried.
I trust myself.
I trust where I'm heading in this life.
Knowing that I'm always taken care of.
And everything always works out for me.
I'm already feeling,
Comma.
And I truly,
Deeply,
And completely Love and accept myself.
And choosing to feel good.
Without all those external things.
I am proud of who I am.
I am proud of what I'm doing.
And even if sometimes things happen or I make mistakes,
I forgive myself.
I learn and I grow.
And I don't always need to be perfect.
Because I know that perfect doesn't truly exist.
I have created internal safety.
For myself.
And so it is.
Okay,
You can take a deep breath in.
Big exhale.
And just take a moment to notice how you're feeling now as opposed to how you felt at the start of the tap in.
Hopefully you're feeling a lot more grounded.
And karma.
And thinking,
Okay,
I've been.
.
.
Putting a lot of time,
Energy and attention on external things,
Needing those to make me feel good.
But I can feel good now just by doing some tapping.
