Welcome to this meditation for success.

I invite you to make your way into a comfortable seat or lie down wherever you can receive the practice.

Settle into the quiet strength of your heart,

A strength that has carried you through every challenge,

Every setback,

Every rise.

Feel the courage within you beginning to glow.

Inhale gently through your nose for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Exhale slowly through the mouth for 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Again inhale 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhale 1,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6.

Inhale and exhale just letting go of the day,

Letting go of expectations and arriving fully in the present moment.

And silently repeat the affirmation,

I am guided by purpose.

Feel your body supported,

Steady,

Held.

Let your breath soften into your chest,

Opening the space where intention and emotion meet.

Let the heart speak quietly,

You are safe,

You are capable,

You are becoming.

Repeat the affirmation,

My heart leads me forward.

We'll now do a heart centered breathwork technique using the 4-2-8 breath cycle.

Inhaling for 4,

Holding for 2 and exhaling for 8.

I'll guide you for a couple rounds and then silently repeat it on your own.

Your steps are steady,

You're not here to prove anything.

You're here to express the truth of who you are.
