If you want to make a change in your life,
This can be very scary,
This can be uncomfortable.
Because you need to do things which you have not done before,
And maybe even things that you don't even know whether it's possible,
But for some reason you feel that you need to move in that direction.
And this can be because you are in a very unhealthy situation,
Which has been lasting far too long,
And you are finally done with it,
You hit rock bottom and it's no longer viable to live that way.
But it can also be a very small thing,
Like changing a daily habit,
All of the changes make us feel uncomfortable.
Until you have a desire,
A longing for a change.
And then you start making a plan,
Usually there is a mind involved,
If you want to change your exercise routine,
You make kind of a schedule,
Or you get an idea about how many times a week you want to exercise.
What usually happens is that when you go in from a mental perspective,
It's an important element,
Because it's about this world reality where you have to make the changes,
But you do not neglect,
It's important not to neglect stepping already into that version of you to really attract the whole environment,
The whole situation,
The whole feeling of who you are becoming already in that new reality.
If you don't do that,
And you come from a place of lack,
Not good enough,
And you want to change it into a very healthy,
Strong human being,
For example,
This gap is difficult to bridge.
So one important thing is to bridge that gap,
A very important thing is to start living from that reality,
Showing up in the physical world,
But also feeling into what you want.
And this applies for big and small.
If you want to be a leader in your field,
You first start feeling into what is it for you that a leader does,
How does a leader feel,
How does she or he dresses,
How do you show up,
How do you behave.
And if you then start implementing this behavior,
This way of showing up into your current life,
You will bridge these,
Let's say different timelines,
Now,
And then you will be uncomfortable,
Because you are not familiar with that behavior yet,
Otherwise you would have done it,
You would have been there.
So moving forward,
Bringing changes in your life always requires to step up,
And making you more or less uncomfortable,
Because your mind,
Your ego is the one who wants to keep you safe,
Who wants to keep you there.
For others,
If you look at others,
And they are about to bring a change into their lives,
It seems fairly easy,
Right?
Or you might not even understand why they are still in an old situation,
And why they do not decide to change,
Or leave a certain place,
Or person,
But that is because you are in a different way programmed,
You have different beliefs,
You have different upbringings,
You have different,
Encounter different situations in your life,
And therefore you have a certain framework which is your safe zone,
And whether it is actually a safe zone,
That is a different story,
But it is at least your area where you feel comfortable.
If you are in a place that makes you feel comfortable because you made it at least safe,
Because it is known,
Then it is really stepping up,
Showing the courage to step out of that situation,
Change it,
Start becoming that new version of you.
So it is focusing your attention in every aspect to who you want to become,
And with that,
Everything in the way will show up,
Whether you are aware of it or not,
Because that is how energy works,
That is how bridging this gap between the old you and the new you works.
Energy needs to change,
And if you have certain beliefs subconsciously,
Unconsciously,
That are not matching in the vibration with the new person,
They will show up,
And that will make you uncomfortable.
Because you will be encountering situations where you have to deal with the shit that comes up.
Which for me,
Just to end this part,
Is that it is not about focusing what is not good and what is limiting you,
It is focusing on becoming the new you.
