Welcome to this meditation for awakening your intuition.
My name is Kyra and I'll be guiding you today.
So find yourself in a comfortable position,
Perhaps sitting or lying down and when you're ready close down the eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel your chest rise and fall with each breath you take.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Breathe in through the nose and breathe out through the nose.
As you inhale let your belly and chest expand as you fill yourself with fresh air and as you exhale let yourself relax,
Letting go.
Take another deep breath in and a big sigh out the mouth as you exhale.
Resume your normal breathing pattern now and if your mind wanders in today's meditation simply bring your awareness back to the breath.
Let your whole body relax.
Sink into deep relaxation.
Letting your feet and legs relax.
Sinking in to the chair or floor or bed beneath you.
Let your back relax.
Your neck and your shoulders.
Feel your hands relaxing.
Let your face completely relax.
Letting go of any tension that you might be holding onto.
Letting your tongue,
Your mouth,
Eyes,
Eyebrows,
Forehead.
Letting your whole body sink into a deep relaxation.
Feeling very comfortable and safe.
Bringing your awareness now to the third eye.
Located between the eyebrows in the centre of your forehead.
The third eye chakra is a spinning disc of purple light and as you bring your awareness to this space your third eye chakra spins and glows brightly.
This vibrant purple colour is shining,
Deepening.
Focusing on the third eye we are going to chant om.
When we chant om we help our third eye to awaken even more.
So chant with me now in your mind.

Bringing your awareness to your third eye.
See it glowing and spinning with a vibrant purple colour.
Now that your third eye is awakened your intuition is also awakened.
As you go about your day trust those intuitive nudges that you feel.
Bringing your awareness now back into your physical body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Bringing some movement back into your toes,
Your fingers.
Gently coming back into the present moment.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
