Welcome to the morning manifesting ritual meditation.
My name is Kyra and today I'm going to be guiding you through my morning ritual that I use to manifest my intentions every day.
So let's get started by either sitting in a chair with your feet firmly on the floor or perhaps you're still lying in bed.
Just getting yourself comfortable in an upright or neutral spine position and closing down the eyes.
Let's take a deep breath together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathe in clean air and exhale any stagnant energy.
Breathe in a new day and as you exhale completely let go.
Sinking into relaxation.
Releasing your worries,
Your fears,
Your anxiety.
Don't worry about the things on your to-do list.
Just enjoy these moments of presence as you start your day.
Becoming aware of what you can hear.
Listen for any sounds that you can hear in the room that you're in.
Or maybe there's sounds that you can hear coming from outside.
Birds in the trees.
The sound of traffic.
Or perhaps you can hear some things through this meditation.
Picking up on some background noise.
Just becoming aware of what you can hear.
Becoming the observer.
Just taking note without judgment.
Now taking note of what you can feel.
Taking note of the temperature of your skin.
The feel of the air.
Taking note of how your clothes feel.
Perhaps your blanket.
The softness of the chair or bed.
The feel of the ground beneath you.
Again just observing.
Becoming very proud of what you can feel.
Again just observing.
Becoming very present and mindful.
And now observing how you feel inside.
How do you feel today?
Perhaps you're feeling tired or maybe excited.
Maybe you're not feeling 100% healthy.
Maybe you're feeling enthusiastic and energized.
Just taking note of how you feel right now.
Without judgment.
Just observing.
Observing.
And now I'd like you to choose just one word to describe how you want to feel today.
How would you like to feel?
And as that word comes into your mind.
I'd like you to start to visualize you going about your day feeling how you want to feel.
Embody that word in your visualization as you go about your daily activities.
Visualize yourself preparing your breakfast.
Getting dressed.
Going out places.
All while feeling that word.
Feeling how you intend to feel today.
And now I would like you to feel into your heart space.
And feel what are you grateful for today?
It might be just one thing or there may be many things that you are feeling thankful for today.
And as you bring these things into your heart and into your mind.
Send out that gratitude to the universe for providing these things to you.
Thank you universe.
Send out those loving vibrations and feel your heart expanding.
And as we begin to close our morning meditation.
Still with your eyes closed.
Bring your hand up to your heart.
Feeling your heart beating.
Feeling your heart sending out waves of love and gratitude.
Bring a smile to your face.
As you feel loved and supported by the universe.
As you bring your awareness back into your physical body now.
Hold on to that intention that you set.
And go about your day with an open heart and an open mind.
