Today we're going to go on a journey to a relaxing place and focus on some self-love affirmations.
Please be seated on a cushion or a chair or lie down if you don't feel like you might fall asleep.
Get comfortable,
Let your body relax.
Feel your toes relax into the floor,

Your legs,
Unlock your knees.
Release any tension you might feel in your thighs,
Your back,
Your shoulders,
Your chest.
Relax your jaw,
Your forehead,
Your eyes.
Let your arms relax,
Your fingers.
Feel into your body.
Can you feel any tension?
Breathe into that tension.
Acknowledge its presence and exhale.
Breathe into the tension and release the tension as you breathe out.

Imagine the smells,
The sounds.
What can you feel on your skin?
Feel the bliss of being completely relaxed.
You're so relaxed in this space.
You have no worries in the world.
It's just you in the present moment.
Being still,
Being relaxed.
You are safe here.
While you're in your relaxing place,
We're going to go through some affirmations.
Let my words become your words.
I am worthy of love.
I am perfect just the way I am.
I feel confident.
I value myself.
