Hello and welcome to an energy clearing for today.
I ask that you sit down somewhere that's comfortable,
That feels nice and relaxing,
Whether that's with your back straight up and your feet on the floor,
Or laying down covered in a blanket.
Whatever feels best for you today.
And as we begin,
Let us release anything and everything that we have been holding on to throughout our day or our night before.
Taking a deep breath in and releasing out.
Taking another deep breath in and releasing out.
Continue taking breaths in and out as you feel yourself melting away all the fears,
All the nervousness,
Any anxiety or uncomfortability,
And letting it go.
You are clear.
You are clear.
You are clear.
Now I want you to focus on your body and start to feel the subtle energy on the outside of it.
Picture a big bubble of light surrounding your entire body.
And what we're going to see now is a glass pitcher above our head.
And in this glass pitcher is diamond white light.
Let this diamond white light come in and around your body.
Circling your aura.
Circling your energetic fields as you feel it filling up from your feet.
Slowly past your knees through the hips.
All the way up the torso filling with the white diamond light.
As it covers your head and all the areas around your body.
Cleaning and clearing out all of that energy today.
And as we take a deep breath in and out.
There is a white light above your head.
And it starts to come down.
And as it starts to come down.
It stops about a foot above where your head is.
This is your soul star chakra.
And we're going to let this white light.
Hum and harmonize.
As you can feel its vibrations.
As it is aligning your energy centers aligning you to source.
And just feel it humming and buzzing.
As the light grows stronger and stronger and stronger.
This light slowly drips down.
To the top of your head.
As it anoints your crown chakra.
Where all the beautiful energy can come through all your downloads all your intuitive hits.
Entering through the sacred space.
As you take a deep breath in.
And out.
As we allow that light to buzz into harmonize with our energetic system.
The light gets stronger as it pulses gets stronger and pulses brighter and brighter.
As it sinks down into our third eye.
And here,
We're given the opportunity to light up the mind.
As this light pulses and irradiates through your top of your head.
And out through your forehead.
Feeling the light going in and out from the front.
As well as from the back.
This light is pumping it's humming it's buzzing.
Anything you may be seeing in your mind right now.
Just let it come and let it pass.
As the energy moves down slowly into the throat.
You feel it bumping you feel it buzzing.
As this white light grows stronger.
You can feel the energy circulating in a clockwise manner.
As the light grows.
As it hums.
And as it harmonizes.
Taking a deep breath in.
And out.
This beautiful light so low Lee spindles down into your heart center.
Where it is in unison with your own heartbeat.
As it grows stronger.
Makes room for more light.
And as the feeling of harmony grows.
You're connecting every single piece of your body from the top to the bottom centers,
Aligning them through God's light.
Your heart is the segue to uniting the above,
And the below.
As you feel it harmonizing as you feel it buzzing,
You take a deep breath in and out.
As you focus on the love that is pulsing through your heart.
You feel it slowly drop down into your stomach.
Where your sense of being sits.
The energy starts to build and glow.
It glows through your back.
It glows through your front.
As you feel it spinning in a clockwise manner,
Gaining momentum pulsing and getting brighter every time.
Taking that deep breath in and out.
As we fully sink in to our beautiful sense of self,
Our home of the Spirit.
As that white light moves down.
Right below your belly button.
Into your sacral center.
And it really begins to fill up that light in your lower abdomen.
From your backside,
Back out to the front side as it circles and moves around.
You feel it touching and stimulating all of your organs.
Creating growth,
Creating cell turnover.
Blood moving through your body through every single piece,
Every muscle,
Every organ.
As this light moves through every fiber of your being.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
This light is pulsing and growing.
Leaving space for your passions to arise and come through.
As it moves down to your root chakra.
At the bottom of the spine.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
As we feel this light glowing.
As we feel it laying foundations for our lives.
As we feel safe in our body,
The light grows.
It buzzes.
It hums.
It harmonizes.
Letting the light travel down through our legs as it hits our knees.
Here's a refreshing feeling as it moves down to the ankles.
And feel that light pulsing through,
Down through the bottom of your feet.
And about a foot under the earth.
That light is buzzing.
That light is full.
It is connected to the divine heavenly source.
As you are anchoring this love into your body and down into this earth.
It is glowing.
It is humming and it is harmonizing.
Growing brighter and brighter and brighter.
Anchoring this light fully into our bodies,
Into our minds and into our souls.
As we take one more deep breath.
In and out.
And as we come to a close,
We ask Archangel Michael to step forward into our energy.
To cut any and all cords between ourselves and others.
As you see him with his mighty sword that is a flame.
As it cuts all around the outside of you.
Anywhere and everywhere you felt like you were leaking.
It clears that path.
And opens you up for more light.
