Set aside 5 minutes a day, to come back here and carry on listening to this series. Being patient will keep you sane. Get enough sleep, take care of yourself with healthy food and habits. When you feel irritation brewing, take some deep breaths before you speak; stick your head outside for a minute, have a good shake, stop thinking. Anything to lighten the load in your brain before you react.
