Good morning,
My friend.
And welcome to this morning's tapping meditation to help you jumpstart your day and have an amazing day.
If you have tapped before,
This might be a little different than what you're used to.
As we begin today with this tapping meditation,
We'll start off tapping on the side of your hand and then move through the points per my instructions.
But as we go along,
I invite you to begin tapping on your own,
Listening to the recording as I talk and moving through the points at your own pace.
So you may begin by allowing yourself to get in a comfortable seated position,
Allowing yourself to be present in this present moment right here and right now.
Just take in a deep breath and a slow exhale at your own pace.
And when you're ready,
We will begin tapping on the side of our hand.
Even though sometimes I don't start my day off the way I would like to,
I have so many thoughts in my mind,
So many things that I think I need to do.
I forget to set an intention for an amazing day.
And I still love and accept myself anyways.
Even though sometimes I don't start the day off the way I would like to,
Today I'm making a different choice and I choose to make today an amazing day.
And even though sometimes my mornings can start off a little wonky,
Today I'm choosing something different.
Today I am choosing to have an amazing day.
Now begin tapping on your middle eye point.
Again tapping at your own pace and your own rhythm.
Today I choose to have an amazing day.
Today I am making a choice to make this the best day ever.
I choose to release any negative thoughts,
Emotions,
Or energy that I might have woken up with.
And I choose to feel great today.
I choose to feel inspired.
I choose to feel presence.
I choose to feel awake and vibrant and know that all good things are coming my way today.
I am choosing right here and right now to make today the best day.
Because I deserve to have the best day today.
I look around me and I see all the things that have been given to me.
And I choose to make this day a day full of gratitude and joy and peace.
And any thoughts or ideas that don't serve me today,
I choose right here and right now to let those go.
Because I know that they are no longer serving me.
These thoughts are not my thoughts.
And I release those thoughts out into the universe and begin to cultivate an attitude and an energy that sees and knows only good things coming my way.
Because today is the best day.
Today is going to be a good day.
I'm choosing to make today the best day.
I'm choosing to see amazing opportunities coming my way.
And I'm choosing to raise my vibrational frequency to a frequency that attracts only good things into my life.
Today is the best day.
And I release these thoughts and these ideas into the universe knowing that they are so.
Knowing that this intention is being put out into the universe and will manifest itself into my life and into the lives of the people that I encounter today.
With this knowing,
I give thanks and I let it go.
And so it is.
And just take in another deep breath,
Feeling the presence of this amazing day.
Go out today.
Seize the day.
And may this day be the best day.
