Hello,
My name is Tony Jacobson.
I'm an author,
Speaker,
And coach,
And it's my mission to help others get healthy despite their limitations,
To truly live an unbreakable life.
I'd like to talk to you about starting where you're at.
And what does that mean?
Well,
A lot of us tend to think that we need to get somewhere before we actually start a transformation or start to make change towards a better life,
Towards an unbreakable life.
And today I want to encourage you that that's not the case.
And I want to encourage you to start where you're at.
Wherever you're at,
This is the exact perfect place you need to be to start down the road to living an unbreakable life.
Now,
For me,
A good example was when it was time to get healthier for me.
Because,
And this goes for anybody,
Really.
And I've seen it with my clients.
I've seen it with myself.
Now,
What happens is when we say,
Well,
I need to get healthier,
A lot of people will say,
Well,
You know what?
When I lose weight,
I'll be able to exercise.
This is a big one.
This is a big mistake because you're not gonna lose weight until you exercise.
And so people feel like they're only gonna be able to do certain exercises once they lose weight.
But again,
That's not how it works.
You actually just have to start working out.
And you gotta start moving,
No matter how little or minute it may seem.
When you start doing that,
You start to lose weight.
Of course,
You have to eat better and have your mind set straight.
There's a lot of other things that are involved,
But what happens is if someone says to themselves,
You know,
I'm gonna wait until I lose weight to start exercising,
Guess what?
They're just procrastinating.
They're just procrastinating and putting off the inevitable,
Which is living an unbreakable,
Healthy life and starting to really go through that transformation of losing weight.
You know,
Well,
I don't like to say losing weight because we don't ever plan on finding it again,
Right?
So I'm gonna say burning off some pounds.
So they procrastinate and they,
You know,
The ultimate mission is to burn off those pounds,
Start to get more energy,
Start to get more mobility,
And to just feel better,
Just feel better throughout your day.
So a lot of people procrastinate with this,
Thinking they need something before they start to change.
And so I want to encourage you today to really start where you're at.
Just start right now towards that goal.
Whatever your goal is,
Whatever the mission is,
Whatever you want to do to change,
To make a positive change in your life,
I want you to do it right now.
Start today.
So think about it.
Where in your life are you doing this to yourself?
Where are you,
You know,
Making those excuses and saying,
Well,
When I do this,
Then I'm gonna do this.
When I get this,
Then I'm gonna get that.
Where are you doing that in your life?
Because as soon as you get past that,
As soon as you start,
You're gonna see how quickly you reach your goals,
How quickly you can get to that positive change,
And how quickly you can become unbreakable.
So I hope this is good encouragement for you today.
Get out there,
Start where you're at,
And be unbreakable.
