It is now time to connect to Reiki.
The intent of this short practice is for you to connect to Reiki at any point quickly during the day for a self-healing experience.
Let's begin ideally by sitting or lying and taking just a few seconds to gently connect to your breathing.
Now place your hands into the Gassho position.
You may know this as the prayer position or position of gratitude.
Placing your hands together and against your heart space.
And now an intention that I will repeat twice and then leave a space for you to say for yourself three times.
I now connect to Reiki for my greatest and highest good.
I now connect to Reiki for my greatest and highest good.
Now closing your eyes if you haven't already done so and visualize the Reiki as it flows down through the top of your head,
Behind the eyes,
Into the shoulders,
Arms and into the palms of your hands as they rest in Gassho.
Just one more time for now to the top of the head,
This limitless natural flow of Reiki down into the shoulders,
Arms and into the palms of your hands.
Now let's begin your self-healing journey.
Place your hands against the base chakra.
The base chakra is positioned in the pelvic area.
Place your hands now in your lap or in this area.
Let's connect again to that flow of energy as it comes through the top of your head,
Down through your arms,
Into the palms of your hands and now on to the base chakra.
We will use the same affirmation for each chakra.
You can either choose to repeat it or allow my words to act for you.
Reiki now flows to my base chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Now let's move to the sacral chakra.
This will see you place your hands just below the navel in the lower abdomen,
Connecting to that flow of Reiki from the top of the head,
Down behind the eyes,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Palms of your hands and now on to the sacral chakra.
Reiki now flows to my sacral chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Let's now move to your solar plexus chakra,
Positioned at the bottom of the ribcage and centrally,
Place your hands in this area now.
Remind yourself of that flow of Reiki through the top of your head,
Down through the shoulders,
Arms,
Palms of your hands and onwards to the solar plexus chakra.
Reiki now flows to my solar plexus chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Let's now move to the heart chakra,
Positioned high up on the breastbone.
Place your hands gently side by side now in this area.
Reiki now flows to my heart chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Let's now move to the throat chakra,
This will see you place your hands gently either side of the neck,
Connecting to that flow of Reiki as it comes through the top of your head,
Down through the shoulders,
Arms,
Palms and on to the throat chakra.
Reiki now flows to my throat chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Let's now move on to the third eye chakra,
Positioned centrally on the forehead.
Placing one or both hands here now,
Again sensing that flow of Reiki through the palms and directly on to the third eye chakra.
Reiki now flows to my third eye chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Let's now move to the crown chakra,
Seeing you place both hands on top of your head,
Sensing that flow of energy as it leaves the palms and moves naturally to the crown chakra.
Reiki now flows to my crown chakra to energize,
Balance and remove any blockages for my greatest and highest good.
Now an invitation to place your hands back into the Gasho position,
The prayer position and we ask that Reiki continues to flow until no longer required.
It also expands out from our body on all sides to protect us from negative energy.
Continue to be connected to and protected by Reiki for your greatest and highest good.
