As we near the end of our 12-day journey together, today is about reflection. Looking back at the path you've walked—not with regret for what could have been different, but with gratitude for what was. Your life has been full. Full of love and loss, triumph and failure, joy and sorrow. All of it has shaped you into who you are today. And who you are today is remarkable. Today, we practice gratitude for the full journey—not just the highlights.

Welcome.

Settle into your space and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Again,

Breathing in.

Once more,

Drawing in gratitude,

Releasing resistance.

Allow your breath to settle.

Today I invite you to look back at your life,

Not with judgment about what you should have done differently,

But with appreciation for what you actually lived.

Think back to your younger self.

See her clearly,

Full of dreams,

Uncertainty,

Fear.

She was doing her best with what she knew at the time.

Bring to mind a moment of joy from your past.

Maybe it's a specific memory or just a feeling.

Let yourself remember what it felt like to be fully alive in that moment.

Now bring to mind a difficult time,

A loss,

A failure,

A heartbreak.

Notice that you survived it,

You're here.

That difficulty didn't destroy you,

In fact,

It probably taught you something important.

All of it,

The beautiful moments and the painful ones,

Have woven together to create the rich tapestry of your life.

None of it was wasted,

All of it mattered.

Think about the people who have shaped you.

Some may still be in your life,

Some may have passed on,

Each one left their mark.

Feel gratitude for the connections that have graced your journey.

Consider the challenges that you've overcome,

The fears you've faced,

The times you thought you couldn't go on,

But you did.

Your resilience is remarkable.

You've lived through historical moments,

Cultural shifts,

Personal transformations.

You've adapted,

Grown,

And evolved.

This is no small thing.

Place your hand over your heart and silently say,

I am grateful for this life I have lived,

For all the experiences that have shaped me,

For all the lessons I've learned,

For all the love I've given and received.

Your life is still unfolding,

There are still pages to be written,

But for now,

In this moment,

Simply honor the journey that has brought you here.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling with gratitude,

And exhale.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this gratitude with you.

Your journey has been rich and full.
