The first time I came in contact with this concept was actually when I had my initial awakening.
One of the first messages that I received when this happened was that I was here and I was participating in a shift that was happening on earth.
And that was the main thing for which I and many,
Many others were here.
I think it's important to say we're going to be doing various exercises and we're going to be sharing things and sharing some things.
It's important and useful to keep the resonance principle in mind.
So basically anything that you hear,
Especially today,
Let's talk about today,
When it resonates with you,
Then it's for you.
And it's good for you to embrace it,
Take it in,
Assimilate it,
Transform it,
Let it grow.
And some things may not be for you because they may be resonating in a slightly different frequency.
And that is fine.
It's also very important not to try and want to gobble everything up that we get because we're very different in our uniqueness.
We're very different.
This bringing together of these different energies that are going to create slightly different variations.
So that was my first introduction to the concept.
So it was all together.
It was I'm not just a physical being.
I'm not just a body.
Love is the answer to everything in the source.
And planet Earth is going through a shift.
So these various levels of dimension.
And as I kind of metabolized what was happening to me and started looking around,
I started seeing a lot of this information.
Now,
Spiritual practice and evolution has been around for as long as we know with our records.
And records are changing all the time because there are discoveries in archaeology.
There's all sorts of different discoveries.
But we can see that the spiritual evolution has been happening for a long time.
And one of the first places that I was drawn to as soon as I had my awakening was a Taoist meditation course.
And every meditation course or the ones I've had,
You don't necessarily see it that there is a title underneath or a subtitle.
But there is something because everybody is looking at the same origin from a different point of view.
So,
For example,
The objective of this Taoist meditation was to create or welcome the birth of a light body that would be your eternal vehicle for the spirit.
And I was like,
What is this stuff?
What does he want to do?
Because then other meditations had other objectives,
Like,
For example,
The deep meditation and self-knowledge is a connection to source.
And by source,
We mean the center of all creation.
So it's a very bypassing path where you don't stop it,
Look at anything,
Not wisdom,
Not even love,
Because it's almost like love is the first emanation out of the creator,
But it's an emanation.
So these different paths coming from different places,
Leading people through different frequencies are all merging,
But they're all different.
And in this cultivation of these frequency and of this voyage towards our ultimate destination,
We create our own reality.
And there has been studies now that are suggesting how our consciousness in our presence determines the reality that we live.
It collapses the potential.
That's what quantum physics says,
Quantum mechanics.
And this thing is happening also on a physical level.
And there's two things at play.
One is that we are becoming aware of things that we weren't aware before.
We thought our brain was the way it was.
It was hardwired,
You would say.
Now there's what is called neuroplasticity,
Which means our brain is wired and rewired and can be completely rewired in a different way,
Depending on what we think,
What we do,
What we feel.
And science has found through MRIs that there's scanning the brain,
That the brain is changing.
The cortex,
The neural cortex around the brain is changing,
Thickness in different places.
The gray matter density is changing.
The genes are another thing.
We were talking about epigenetics.
So before we thought we all had a certain genetic,
Which was a certain instruction like a robot that directs your life.
And if you've got this predisposition or that predisposition.
But now the science of epigenetics has found out that it's not like that.
You have the potential and capability of activating and deactivating genes.
So,
For example,
They've done a study.
This is Harvard,
Yale and MIT.
So where they show how,
For example,
The Ptolemerasi gene,
Mind or mind my pronunciation,
Which is linked to the managing of all the stress chemicals in the body.
So when it works well,
That's good,
Is activated in people with meditation experience.
Then they went in to do another study and they found that even people without meditation experience would be able to influence it through a few sessions.
And so now we're looking at genetics is a field,
Again,
Of potential.
It doesn't really matter what's there and what's not.
It's what are you activating and what are you not activating?
Now,
Science is touching on these things.
I have a background in science.
I work as a scientist.
I'm a chemical engineer.
I work as a chemical engineer.
And science can only know what the instruments of science in that particular time and space allow it to know.
And only that.
So if we believe what science is telling us,
We're believing a snapshot of Earth capabilities in 2017 at best.
So we can't if we want to know reality,
Because otherwise we would be restricting ourselves to that.
But there is something inside of us that doesn't have that restriction.
And that is consciousness.
Consciousness doesn't have a millimeter as its minimum size of detection or a micrometer like our eye.
It doesn't have that limitation.
It can look as small as nothingness and as big as everything.
So our connection to knowledge and this transformation needs to be from within.
Now,
The outside is going to start to mirror appropriately at what is the rate of Earth evolution in terms of what we can physically do.
And so we can use these little things to prove what we are seeing.
But all these different changes are happening and have happened for a long time.
But now there's something different.
Something different is that the whole maturity of planet Earth and of its inhabitants has raised to a level where if you have a child who was a pure soul and coming into a life of violence,
Normally they would only get so much.
You'd have people transcend completely their education and experiences.
But normally you'd come in,
You'd get hit and you'd raise a bit and then you need to go out and then come back again.
But now the level is at a point where you're coming in and you can start to blossom,
Really blossom at different levels.
And so this is like a chain reaction and it's getting quicker and quicker and quicker and quicker.
And so now we have what has always happened.
You meditate,
You change,
Your brain changes,
But on a faster and faster level.
So the new Earth is going to be something as normal as the vision together of many people that won Harmony,
Which is already an infinite miracle in itself.
But it's also going to be all these different laws of physics changed because of our consciousness vibration.
So before you couldn't change your genetics.
Why?
Because it was impossible not because you weren't vibrating to a level that you could affect your genetics.
So it's almost like we are getting the capability of measuring it when actually we're making it happen.
So we can see better,
But we're creating more.
And the more we see and the more we create.
And this process is just feeling at a greater and greater intensity.
So always these things in yoga,
They call them cities,
For example,
These special powers,
Which aren't what we're looking for,
But they are part of who we are.
And we cannot deny him the same way you can deny a talent.
If you've got a certain talent and you're artistic and you need to express it,
You need to express it.
It's part of who you have been here to manifest.
And so all these things that before were not important and are still not that important now are being more prominent.
And they're coming out and they're helping this.
And we're also getting much help from these other levels of life,
Which in the Christian religion,
Which I'm more familiar with,
Were called angels.
But these angels are slightly different to each other.
They're not all the same.
They also have different provenance and families,
Like we've got different cultures.
We're all people,
But we're all different.
They're all angels,
If you want to call them that way,
But they're all different.
And so we are starting to thin this division between what is happening.
And so all these changes that are also happening on the physical level,
And that's why we call it spiritual human evolution,
Are also happening because we're getting in contact with these beings that are helping us ascend.
And some of the ways in which they do it is that basically they are working on an electromagnetic level.
So,
For example,
If you have your spine and you've got energy going up and down your spine,
That energy is going to create a magnetic field around.
Now,
If you are able to influence the magnetic field,
You're going to be feeling it in the spine,
Because the spine emits the magnetic field and it is part of it.
It's an extension of it on another level.
So if you activate or touch the spine,
You can change the field.
If you change the field,
You can activate the spine.
And this field,
The same way the electrical current is connected to this field,
This field is connected to another field,
Which is of a higher nature of vibration.
So any angel that can work on that level is going to be influencing the electrical field,
Which is around us,
Which is then going to have an effect on the body.
So we are being helped from so many different angles,
And we are bringing this together.
The anchor of all of this is our center.
So our creative part,
Our center is what will never change,
Has always been and always will.
And so having awareness of these two different levels,
The being and the creation,
The creator and the manifestation is very,
Very important and very balancing.
It's like a wheel that spins,
Right?
The closer you move to the center,
The less it's spinning fast.
And when you're in the center,
It's basically immobile.
There is no spin as soon as you move out.
So our world is going to begin to turn fast,
Which is fun,
Very,
Very fun.
The music is going to be very interesting.
But we also have to be connected to our essence.
And so today,
What we're going to do is we're going to try and balance a little bit of this essence with this new level of reality emerging.
