In this short meditation,
I'll be guiding you to access the present moment as the doorway to possibility.
So let's begin.
Let go of whatever's come before this moment and anything that's coming after as you gently ease into being here and now.
On each breath in,
Find yourself more and more rooted in the groundedness of being present.
All that's required of you is that you be right where you are now.
Presence is powerful because it's the gateway to possibility.
When you intentionally bring your awareness to the present moment,
You shut out everything else that constantly demands your attention,
That pulls at your senses,
Or that asks things of you.
But when you come back to being here and now,
You open up infinite possibility again.
And it's in this present moment where real change happens.
Not in dreaming of the future,
Not in incessant planning,
Not in hoping,
Wishing,
Or wanting things to be different.
Change happens by shifting what you're thinking now.
So our mental shift for today is about letting life get better and better.
Imagine what your life would be like if every day things got better and better for you.
What would it feel like?
What would you say to yourself or someone else if one thing after another started to become easier and easier?
Imagine being constantly met with welcome surprises.
Think about unexpected good things that just keep showing up for you.
Another piece of good news.
A friend you haven't heard from for a while reaches out.
Something works out just the way you'd hoped.
Someone's particularly kind or caring or supportive of you.
What if life kept getting better and better?
And even in our imagination we may start to wonder,
Is this even possible?
But what if now you decided that this time,
In this moment,
Instead you're going to sit with possibility?
When you feel the feelings of how you would feel if you had the thing you wanted,
Ease,
Joy,
Excitement,
All the feelings of what better feels like for you,
You bring better one step closer to showing up for you.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Inhale.
And exhale.
I invite you to sit in the present moment as you cultivate the feelings of what better in your life might feel like for you.
And feel free to repeat the following affirmations with me silently or aloud.

Life gets better and better and better the more I let go.
2.
In this moment,
I access the power of possibility.
3.
I choose to imagine the best.
4.
I release worry and embrace what's possible.
5.
I welcome and expect good things.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
I invite you to come back to the present moment whenever you can all through the day.
All is available to you and you access better and better through presence.
