You can bring what you want into reality by imagining your desire as though it were already a present fact. When you change your thinking, you change your being, your consciousness. And when you change your consciousness, what you want has no choice but to arrive. In this short guided meditation, you will practice the steps to manifesting your greatest desire into being.

Welcome to today's meditation.

There are a few things to keep in mind when using the power of visualization to imagine your desire into reality.

It's a practice that isn't just about picturing something you want.

It's about training your mind and your body to recognize it as already real.

What's important as we move through this visualization together is that you're not just wishing.

You're creating a spiritual blueprint and you're laying down new neural pathways for your desire to harden into fact.

And I'm gonna walk you through just how to do that today.

So let's begin.

I invite you to settle into a comfortable position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

You can be seated or reclined.

Do what feels natural so you can allow yourself to relax.

Relax your shoulders and your neck.

Try to release any tension that you've been carrying.

And close your eyes or allow your gaze to soften.

See if you can let go of whatever's come before this moment and anything that's coming after as you gently ease into being here and now.

Now let's take a deep breath,

Inhale.

And exhale.

On each exhale,

Try to release a little bit more tension if you're carrying any.

So another inhale.

And exhale.

Let go.

One more like that,

Inhale.

Let all that tension out.

I'd like you to take this moment to think of something that you really want.

What is it that would bring you joy or satisfaction or relief?

Maybe it's a loving and supportive relationship or financial abundance.

Or your desire might be a state of perfect health.

I want you to choose one thing and start to create a picture in your mind of what it would be like if the thing were yours.

Take a moment to start to create a scene in your mind.

Who else would be there with you?

What would you say to that person?

What else would be around if you had exactly what you wanted right now?

See if you can come up with some details to help bring your scene to life.

Keep it simple.

It's almost like a moving picture.

It doesn't have to be much more than that.

I'm gonna give you a few keys to think about when you're visualizing.

Key number one.

Three,

Two.

So key number one is to be in the scene.

You need to be in the scene,

Not like you're watching it like it's up on a movie screen.

Be in it like you're looking out from your own eyes and seeing what's all around you.

Key number two is imagine it's done.

Imagine it like it's a present fact.

Like you flash forward into the future and you're in that future reality now.

The scene that's happening all around you,

Imagine as though it's real right now.

And allow yourself to bask in the feelings of that scene.

Let them pervade in your consciousness.

When you fully immerse yourself in your imagined experience,

Nothing could feel more natural.

And try to remember that you deserve this.

Key number three is find the best feeling.

Find the most intense,

Positive feeling you can while you're in your scene.

And feel that feeling as intensely as you can.

What does it feel like?

Is it relief,

Excitement,

Elation,

Joy,

Bliss,

Pride,

Glee?

Presence is the garden of creation.

When you imagine what you want is real now,

The universe starts to work on your behalf.

If you can,

Come up with a sentence or two that helps you emphasize what you're feeling.

It can be really simple.

A friend or partner might be telling you something you've been waiting to hear.

Or maybe there's something you'd say to someone if you were in that situation.

Like,

Yes,

I got the job.

Or,

Ah,

We get to stay in our apartment.

Or,

This is exactly the opportunity I was waiting for.

Maybe it's,

We got the house.

Or,

Everything worked out.

So think of something you would say so that you can really put yourself in those feelings of being where what you want has already happened.

When you anchor your scene with something that is said,

You can use this to help you come back to the scene quickly and easily all through the day.

And the more you can do that,

The more things in your life will start to shift for the better.

So embrace your imagined scene with conviction,

Knowing that it is done.

Because when you change how you think and feel about what it is you want,

What you want arrives.

I invite you to repeat the following affirmation silently or aloud to ground yourself in this feeling.

Number one,

What I want is mine now.

Number two,

I'm good at directing my thinking.

Number three,

I know what I want and I deserve this.

Number four,

My thoughts and emotions align with what I want.

And number five,

What I want feels right for me.

As you hold on to these feelings,

If any doubt or limiting beliefs arise,

Gently release them.

Trust that the universe is conspiring to bring you everything you could ever want in every moment that you let it.

And as we come to the end of this meditation,

Let's take in one last deep breath.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Take a moment to open your eyes or to slowly come back to where you are.

All through the day,

No matter where you are or what's going on around you,

Remember that you deserve all that you want.
