This panic attack is not going to last forever.

If you're here you're probably experiencing some breathing difficulties.

Perhaps your lungs are doing such a great job breathing in and forgetting to breathe out.

Surpass your lips and exhale slowly as if breathing through a straw into a glass of water.

Focus on breathing out when I'm right next to you holding your hand.

Keep breathing out you're doing great.

Your body's natural reaction to accumulated internal and external stimuli is coming to an end.

Let's take some time and reorient your body into the space you're in.

Name what's underneath it.

Name what's above it.

Name what's on the right and on the left.

How does it feel to take your control back?

If it's not yet fully calm go and put your wrists under some cold water or eat something sour and check in with yourself.

How is your body reacting to supporting yourself?

Can you breathe into your belly?

How fast is your heart beating?

How are your senses?

Can you feel the air?

Your nervous system is back into rest and digest.

The panic attack is over.
