Sometimes we know we’re off, but we can’t quite name why. Our energy feels tangled, our mood dips, or something just feels “off”—yet the cause stays just out of reach. This short practice is designed to help you pause, breathe, and gently tune in to what’s really going on beneath the surface. Through a simple breathing exercise and a guided energy check‑in, you’ll learn to slow down enough to notice what your body and emotions have been trying to tell you. This session helps you identify what’s bothering you, acknowledge it with compassion, and release just enough tension to return to your best self.
