I love most of Chris’s meditations. I’m going through Ketamine Treatments for long term Medical PTSD and have. Found that Chris’s work with binaural beats and brainwave helps me the most during these infusion treatments. Thank you Chris, I can’t say enough about how much your work has helped me during The last 15 years of self isolation due to non diagnosed PTSD.
