My name is David and welcome to Intlansis.

Find a comfortable place where you can sit cross-legged if it's good for you,

Or with your feet flat on the ground and simply allow yourself to relax.

It's good for you to lay down.

Please do so.

Try to feel the most comfortable that you can be right now.

This moment is only for you so you can tap into the frequency inside of you.

And if you have headphones with you so you can be immersed in the experience and take a long deep breath in and let it out very slowly,

Allowing your body to simply feel in the moment relaxed.

And as you take a long deep breath in again,

Allow your shoulders to drop and your eyes close very slowly.

While you keep breathing,

Setting tension for this moment.

If there's some specific part of your body that needs attention,

Healing,

Setting tension right now to this area.

And simply observe.

Do not judge.

And while you keep breathing,

Visualize oxygen coming in to your body,

Specifically to this area.

Even if it's your heart,

Your soul,

Or any emotion.

And heal those emotions too by taking long deep breath in and letting it out very slowly.

The flow of the air as it comes in and comes out.

The areas around it soften,

Tap into that frequency,

Absorbing the energy from the earth,

Mother earth itself through your spine,

Through your feet,

Everything up there to the source of life.

And when you're ready,

You may open your eyes.
