Hi and welcome in this meditation we're going to learn how to balance the inner layers and the outer layers of our energy body I call it as well the carrot and the onion meditation the carrots signifies the center of our energy body and the carrot is like the layers that surrounding from the center out so let's start first by breathing deep in and exhaling deep out and exhale and I just observe how your breathing moves in the body without making any effort and then let's acknowledge that in the center of the body we have the center channel which connects the crown and the pelvic floor when we feel peaceful this channel is completely clean and clear so just check how is it for you right now transit more let's visualize it and we inhale we join the light from the heavens through ground all the way to the pelvic floor and when we exhale we're raising the energy back up and let it exit from the ground to infinity every time we inhale more light and we cleansing more and let's visualize that we have layers from that center channel first from the center to the skin and then it's our aura from the skin outwards and when the way it goes that then when we have tension physical emotional psychological the layers that surrounding the center channel will get blocked or will feel not right so what we're going to do now we're going to start and expand from the center out now here the layers are not defined you have to find them and what you see that as you start moving outwards you'll encounter a layer that feels not right how do you know it feeling not right is because suddenly your breathing will change or if you see colors you see color that are not very nice or you might feel vibration that is not comfortable or you might feel emotions or maybe something else so let's gently start to move our awareness from the center channel of this channel of light gently gently moving out try to grasp the first layer that it's still in the body feels a bit a bit not right for me I feel immediately that the breath changes there that the vibration is not comfortable but maybe you will find something else and let's be with it just be with those sensation until we feel that it's relaxing take a minute for that and you know it feeling better because suddenly you breathe more comfortable and you feel more comfortable so let's continue and explore further out until we're finding the next layer in the body it feels not harmonious stay there the magic is awareness when awareness is shining on an object in this case that layer that is not balance we don't need to do anything it will come back to balance on its own sometime it takes longer or shorter time just be patient when a layer releases it might release some tension that you're aware of maybe suddenly a bit of pain will rise or emotion we release or sensation in other parts of the body just give it space like this we're going one layer after another and each one we have our own pace and our own level of stagnation so you take your time but let's say to work together let's assume that we're getting now to the skin so connect to the skin all over your body as if it's the external layer of the physical body again being there until we feel softening opening a sense of well-being again if you need more time for anything you take your time but that's just to teach you the technique we continue now to the first layer of our aura so the aura it just the first layer is just attached to the skin so if you're aware of the energy of your skin you can just visualize that the skin is radiating vibrating glowing and it's your aura so go to the first layer and see how does it feel and again for the awareness it doesn't matter if it's in the body outside the body or in somebody else body if it's a human or a tree the minute you shine awareness on an object it will reveal and it will bring you back the information so it doesn't matter if you shine awareness in the physical body or in the aura to always give you the information so we are on the first layer just outside skin see what's happening and if you're finding tension just stay until it releases now let's move to a second layer a bit further out you don't need to know or to visualize colors or anything like that just say I'm now connecting to the second layer around my physical body and automatically the system will reveal the distance and the quality let's go one more layer outside again theoretically there are seven layers but you go as much as you want for me you can go three and it's enough or less but whatever works for you so let's open further out third layer and always things will change color will change sensation breath emotions just observe and be there and we go to infinity which is the infinite layer so infinity is the source of who we are and you can say it's a layer or the background of our existence so just allow your awareness to expand to infinity and allow your heart to follow that expansion to infinity this is really coming home and this is really who we are so rest in infinity and connect to your essence rest from being you from being the ego personality that shrinks our existence to very limited existence expand and be infinite so again this is beautiful meditation you can do any time that you feel unbalanced and you'll do it in your rhythm finding the layers that corresponding to your state of being so you're welcome to stay and enjoy being at home infinite being thank you and have a beautiful day
