Let's shift from racing thoughts into inner calm and comfortable existence.
Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably.
Allow your eyes to gently close.
And let's start by taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling all the thoughts out like a rain of tension is leaving your body from the mind all the way down.
Again take a deep breath in and then visualize that all the thoughts are moving down like a rain of tension,
Emptying,
Emptying,
Emptying the mind all the way down into the earth.
Again deep breath in,
Filling up your lower abdomen,
Filling up your mid torso,
Your up torso and then exhale and release,
Release tension.
Now guide your mind to observe your body.
Observe the quality of your breathing.
Is it tight?
Is it relaxed?
Is it shallow or deep?
Guide your mind to observe your body.
Do I feel tension in my body?
Do I sit straight?
Is there any area,
Is there any area of discomfort,
Of pain?
Does my feet touching the ground or my body if you lie down evenly?
Just observe.
Directing your mind from thinking to feeling,
To being present.
Now shift awareness into your head and pay attention to the tension that those thoughts created in your head.
Which part of my head is tight?
Is it the front,
The middle,
The back or the sides of my head?
Does the tension is more focused on the left or the right sides of my head?
And let's start by softening those area of tension in the head,
Feeling that you're relaxing them.
Inhaling to those specific areas of tension and when you exhale just visualize that tension like a gentle rain is falling down,
Moving down your whole body through your feet into the center of the earth.
Again breathe to the of tension in your head.
Pull the life force like a beautiful golden light into your head and when you exhale direct this beautiful light through your whole body into the center of the earth.
Again inhale the light into your head.
Feel that your whole head is filling up with beautiful,
Soft and nourishing golden light,
Which transform all the tension into light and then guide all the tension through this light down into the earth.
Relax your face,
Allow the light gently to nourish your face,
To illuminate and soften each and every part of tension.
Illuminating and softening your jaw,
Your tongue,
Your facial muscles.
Continue and invite the light to your throat,
To your neck.
Let it illuminate,
Let the light heal and soften and warm and love all the areas of tension.
Relaxing the chest and the upper back.
Again invite the light to be present in those areas.
Into the arms,
Hands and fingers.
Let your body transform into a light body,
A golden light that is so nourishing,
Gently warming your body from inside and calming all your thoughts,
All your nervousness.
You start to feel soft,
You start feeling comfortable.
Continue and invite the light to nourish your abdomen and internal organs,
Your lower abdomen and pelvic floor.
Let everything soften,
Relax,
Become comfortable.
Make sure that the light constantly is flowing from the heaven to soften your thoughts,
To soften the tension in your head and continue to soften your torso,
All the way down your legs,
All the way down into your feet and into the center of the earth.
Inhale the light from heaven into your whole body.
Let it illuminate and warm your whole body and when you're exhaling,
Let it continue and take all this charge into the earth.
And let's introduce our formation.
When we inhale the light,
We say I'm nourished,
I'm loved,
I'm safe.
When we're exhaling the light down to the earth,
We say thank you.
Inhale,
I'm nourished,
I'm loved,
I'm safe.
Exhale,
Thank you.
Just take a minute to continue that in the most comfortable rhythm of breathing that suits you.
