Hi dear people,
Big welcome,
Let's talk about being included.
We all want to be included,
To be part of a family,
To be part of a society and the human race.
Nobody likes to feel not welcome,
Not wanted,
Being rejected.
All suffering comes always from being rejected,
From not being part of.
Opposite of inclusion is exclusion,
When we feel that we are not welcome to life.
Let's look at different aspects of inclusion and exclusion.
The first one is between me and me,
Including all parts of me and not rejecting any part.
Including the way I look,
Including the way I think,
Including the way my body operates,
Including everything relating to me.
It doesn't mean that if we feel that something within our physical form or psychological form needs to be changed,
We don't do that,
We can't do it,
But we don't reject it.
We don't reject our face because we don't like how it looks,
We don't reject our body because we don't like how it looks.
We embrace,
We include.
All life is working as inclusion,
Everything.
Life actually is one organism,
It doesn't matter if the galaxy is millions and billions light,
It doesn't matter if it's a galaxy millions and billions light years away from Earth,
It's part of you,
It doesn't matter if it's a dolphin in the ocean or a whale or a seashell.
Everything is one life,
You are that life,
Your organism is that life,
Your cells,
Your tissues,
Your organs,
Everything is that life.
Your soul and your mind is that life.
If you reject,
What rejects is the mind.
Your organism is needed,
Is craving this unity,
But the mind rejecting.
It rejects it because actually it wants this unity,
But it doesn't like part of this unity,
It doesn't identify with part of this unity and it starts rejecting it.
So again it's beautiful to do work on ourself,
But not to do it because we don't like it,
Because I cannot live with it,
Because it's horrible.
Be kind,
Be kind to yourself and embrace each and every part of you as it is right now so you can feel good,
So you can feel that you are part of you.
This is between you and you and now comes between you and life and others and society,
Other people,
People maybe that you don't like so much.
How can we live with not excluding,
With not rejecting others?
If we understand that we are all one tissue of being,
So obviously if I reject somebody that person is like I'm rejecting an organ of my body.
If I reject somebody because I don't like how they look,
I don't like their religion,
I don't like their skin colors or whatever reason or what they think or what they believe in,
There's many reasons we don't like somebody,
Then we're excluding people and then we are not one organism and we're going against life.
Again,
It doesn't mean that we have to allow anyone to abuse us or we can mentally or we should mentally agree with whatever people think,
That's not the case at all.
But the case is to embrace everybody,
Everybody and agree or not agree,
It's a different story.
But we all form a unity,
A matrix of being and we must acknowledge that.
You see it for yourself,
If your mind stops rejecting your existence,
You feel much better.
If you allow your mind to be negative about yourself,
You feel bad.
If you allow your mind to be negative about others,
You feel bad,
They feel bad.
That's what means wars.
Okay,
So I really want to encourage us all to pay attention and close attention to the way our mind functions and to embrace all aspects of our being and to embrace all people and all living form because we are all one form.
Don't take it as a hippie declaration saying peace,
Love,
We are one.
If you meditate,
If you pay attention,
Close attention to your breath,
To your being,
You feel very clearly that you are part of all there is.
It's obvious,
It's so straightforward.
Then this,
Then what I'm pointing at will be obvious for you.
If you're part of all there is,
So everybody's part of all there is and we're forming one being.
Sending many blessings on your practice,
On your day or night,
On life,
And if you need any support or any clarification,
Get in touch and we'll talk.
Have a beautiful day.
Bye-bye.
