This is a guided energy meditation practice to wake up your heart. A practice intended to deepen your connection to yourself, your body, your heart, and their innate wisdom. Your heart is where your true magic resides; it's where all the answers to your questions lie. Allow yourself to reconnect to this sacred space within and in the process activate You.

Welcome to this guided meditation to waking up your heart.

This is a guided energy practice that you can do anytime to deepen your connection to yourself,

To waking up your heart,

Connect with its wisdom and drop into your body.

Make sure that you are in a comfortable space,

Whatever that looks like to you.

And when you're ready,

I invite you to take a nice deep breath in,

Nice deep exhale.

One more time,

A nice deep breath in through the nose,

Nice deep exhale.

Last time,

Nice deep breath in,

Nice deep exhale.

Hopefully you feel a bit more centered now and dropped in and ready for this practice.

Let's begin by rubbing our hands together and creating some heat.

Just bring your palms together and begin rubbing slowly,

Gently,

Fast,

Whatever works for you.

Just do it in a way that you can create that heat by activating your left side of your body and the right side of your body joining both sides together.

Just keep rubbing them and when you feel you have created enough heat,

Go ahead and place your palms over your heart with your left palm first and your right on the top.

Your left hand is your receiving hand and your right hand is your giving hand.

So we now want to wake up our heart but also receive our own love.

So with your palms here,

Gently rub them over your heart.

And as you are rubbing your palms here over your heart in a circular motion,

Back and forth,

Whatever this waking up your heart with your palms and your own heat looks and feels like to you,

I also want you to bring our breath in here to further open our heart.

So just make sure first that your shoulders are slightly tucked down and your chest is nice and wide and open so that your heart can really take up the space as it's waking.

Let's begin by taking a nice few deep breaths here in through the nose as we did in the beginning and here exhaling out the mouth while you continue to rub your hands over your heart.

Just softly gently with your eyes closed,

Gazed inward,

Focusing on your heart.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now bring your hands to stillness,

Resting softly over your heart.

Close your mouth and continue to breathe in and through your heart.

So drop your focus all the way down into your heart and imagine that with every inhale you're breathing in through the heart and on the exhale you're breathing out through the back of your heart.

So deep breath in imagining breathing all the way down and in through your heart.

On the exhale you're breathing out through the back of your heart and imagine pretend visualize that here in your heart space under your the palms of your hands in this warm lush soft space as your heart begins to open.

Imagine it begins to open as a seed blossoming,

A seed that's blossoming a bit more with every inhale and every exhale and imagine that this seed is opening up just like a flower,

Like a beautiful white rose blossoming opening up wider and wider with each breath you take.

Imagining that your heat,

Your energy,

Your attention on your heart and your breath is waking up your heart and your heart waking up as this rose blossoming.

Just feel into that softness,

That sensation,

That beauty of your heart opening up,

Of your inner rose opening up.

Now bring your focus to your entire body from the top of your head all the way down,

Down your throat,

Your chest,

Over your heart and that rose further down your belly,

Over your lower back,

Down your hips,

Down your legs,

All the way down to your toes and imagine that this softness,

This gentleness,

This beauty and warmth of this rose of your heart is spreading throughout your entire body and that with each and every exhale it's spreading further and wider all the way throughout your body going up your chest,

Over your shoulders,

Down your arms to your fingertips going all the way back up to your throat,

Your neck,

Your head,

Your skull,

Your face,

The crown of your head and all the way back down this warm beautiful spreading of this beautiful rose all the way up and down your entire body and with each and every breath you take feel the sensation of this warm pulsation that's radiating from your heart space and just sit with this feeling for a while just breathe with the sensation just notice how it feels how it softens your mind and how your body softens you and now take one final deep breath in as you once again focus on your heart space hold the breath at the top hold that sensation lock that sensation in place before you open your mouth and exhale and let that sensation spread wide and far across your entire being out into the room you are in the house you are in the street city and country you are in when you are ready come gently back to the room by wiggling your toes your fingers maybe stretch your body and notice how the energy is now stirring throughout your entire body notice how you are alive the energy's alive you are awake and now you can open your eyes and and welcome back
