Resting With Red-Winged Blackbirds (8-Hour Sleep Edition)
A calming invitation alongside hundreds of red-winged blackbirds. I recorded the audio in early February at a wildlife sanctuary in Colorado. It begins with 3-minutes of guidance including a gentle body check-in and three deep breaths. It is then followed by 8 hours of uninterrupted birdsong in a grassy lakeside marsh.
