Hello and welcome to Intuition Awakening.
My name is Janine and today I'll be guiding you through a short meditation designed to connect with the energy of your soulmate.
So take your time now finding a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Making sure your body is remaining alert,
Gently allowing your shoulders to soften,
Your jaw to unclench,
And when you're ready your eyes to gently close.
Spend as much time as you need now getting comfortable adjusting your blankets,
Your pillows,
Or your environment to suit your needs for this meditation.
As we begin I want you to bring to mind the violet purple of your crown chakra,
Connecting in with this space right at the top of your head.
Perhaps even gently tapping the top of your head with your fingertips a couple of times to bring an increased awareness to this area of the body.
Imagine this violet purple filling your mind,
Combing through your hair,
Gently creating a halo of purple around the top of your head.
Our crown chakra is our center for connection and support.
Connection with ourselves,
Connection with our divine,
And connection with others.
And today we are going to focus on sending this purple light out into the universe,
Letting the universe and Mother Earth know that you are ready to meet your soulmate,
That your energy is prepared,
And that you are eagerly waiting.
So I want you to bring to mind right now the list of qualities you are seeking in your ideal soulmate and future partner.
Is it honesty and loyalty?
Is it communication?
Perhaps fun and humor?
Recite that list to yourself in your mind now for the next few moments.
Now I want you to shift your attention really using your imagination and creativity.
Imagine meeting your soulmate in person for the first time.
Imagine how they make you feel.
Picture their arms around you,
Feeling the weight and the warmth of their body against yours.
Visualizing that first kiss and first date.
Imagining your 10-year anniversary.
Spending a few moments now really cultivating these images of your future together.
Next I'd like you to turn your focus inwards again.
This is perhaps one of the most important steps when preparing yourself for a new relationship.
I want you to create a list of at least five reasons why you are an ideal soulmate for someone else.
I promise you there are so many more than five,
But start there.
Is it your sense of humor?
Your ability to always see the best in someone?
Is it your work ethic and drive?
Are you an amazing communicator and listen to your friends and family with empathy and kindness?
Is it the way you treat others,
The way you make them feel?
There are so many reasons why you are an amazing soulmate.
So spend a few moments now making that list in your mind and really focusing on your own self-confidence and self-worth.
Wonderful.
If that practice was slightly difficult for you or you have a hard time imagining and using your creative mind,
That's okay.
Not everyone is able to visualize.
So what I'd like you to do instead is after this meditation write these things down on paper,
Even perhaps drawing a stick figure or a sketch of a person and writing around them all the qualities you want to attract on a separate paper.
Again,
Creating an image that looks like you or perhaps using a photo of yourself.
Placing all the words and qualities that make you an amazing irresistible soulmate around your own photo.
Keeping these as reminders of this energetic practice for connecting with your soulmate.
For now,
I want you to imagine that violet light,
That violet halo around the top of your head expanding out into the universe.
Expanding first out to your own home or space.
Connecting in with your neighbors and your community.
Expanding to your province or state.
Going even further to expand across your whole country,
Across the continent on which you live.
And finally connecting in with the whole earth.
Sharing your unique energy signature with the universe.
Feeling those loving feelings of your soulmate.
Meeting them for the first time.
The smile they bring to your face.
Of the warmth they fill your heart with.
Sending that energy to the whole world.
Knowing that you are energetically putting yourself out there in the universe.
You're welcome to stay in this heightened state of consciousness.
This expanded feeling of light and love.
Or if you'd like to take your practice today even one step further.
And like for you to imagine a single thread of brilliant white light leaving your crown chakra floating high up into the atmosphere,
Up towards the divine.
This thread of singularly focused energy is intended to connect with your future soulmate.
With the person you are destined to meet next.
For some of us,
Our soulmates energy may find and connect with ours almost immediately.
You'll feel another thread of light coming from somewhere else on the planet.
It could be nearby,
It could be far away.
But you feel this other thread of white light connecting with yours.
Perhaps even seeing a guardian angel or a spirit guide coming forward to help connect your threads.
For some of us,
We may have to repeat this practice.
Sending this energy signal,
This energy thread up into the heavens.
Because our soulmate might not quite be ready for us yet.
This could be perhaps turbulence or stress in their life.
Maybe they are focusing on themselves and building their energy within.
Maybe they're working on becoming a soulmate themselves.
But just know that when your soulmate is ready,
Your divine will connect your threads of energy.
There's a saying that what you are praying for is praying for you too.
So just because you can't feel that connection quite yet,
Does not mean that there isn't a soulmate out there for you.
Just think of it as them getting ready to meet your amazing vibrant energy.
You've set the bar very high.
They know they get to match your energy and grow this energy together.
So continue to practice this.
First,
Sending out those warm fuzzy feelings into the universe using your crown chakra's violet light.
Expanding it from your mind to your community,
Your country,
The globe.
And then to take it even deeper and focus the intention even more.
Sending out that single thread of light into the universe.
Waiting for your soulmates energy to connect and meet in this energetic union.
As you enjoy this energy,
