Hello and welcome to Intuition Awakening.
My name is Janine.
I'm a Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer.
And today I bring you a meditation that I channeled while in my Akashic Records.
A visual of a golden blanket soothing your worries,
Helping you calm any overthinking,
Any anxieties you may be experiencing.
Maybe it's been a long day,
A long week,
A long month.
We've all had that period of our life where things are overwhelming and we might not be sure what to do.
As we begin this meditation,
I'm going to find a comfortable position either lying down or sitting.
With you,
Please have a blanket or a towel or a pillow,
Something you're able to hold on to,
Drape over top of you,
Or to sit with.
If you're lying down,
You can place this blanket over your body.
If you have a pillow,
You could hold it on your chest.
Or if you're seated,
You can place your item across your lap.
Just take a moment to get comfortable now.
We're going to begin by just noticing how our body is in this moment.
You don't have to close your eyes yet.
There's no need or pressure to change how you're feeling,
Change what your body's experiencing.
We're just going to begin by noticing what is here in the present moment.
Starting at the top of your head,
Noticing any sensations on your scalp and your hair.
Moving down towards the eyes and your ears,
The forehead,
Any tension or tightness,
Any sensations like cool or heat,
Any tingling.
Slowly moving your awareness down again to the mouth,
Your jaw,
The base of your neck.
Again,
We're not trying to change anything.
We will be moving into some self-soothing as the meditation continues.
But for right now,
Just becoming aware of how we're doing.
Moving that awareness down now into your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Feeling into your shoulder blades.
If you're having any difficulty tuning in or feeling too anxious to really notice,
Just remembering that you are safe in this moment.
There is nothing that needs to be fixed or changed.
You're simply trying to help the nervous system,
Your mind,
Your body find some calm.
If it's hard to imagine or feel the body,
You can try using your fingertips to tap the areas as I described them.
Imagining that you can feel that sensation of the fingertips,
Imagining that you're tuning in and feeling your body.
There is no wrong way to meditate,
No wrong way to experience or feel our bodies.
Move that awareness now down into your abdomen,
Your belly,
Your middle and lower back.
Noticing any gurgling sensations coming from your digestive system that might just be some energy moving.
Moving your awareness down into your hips,
Your sacral area,
Moving down the legs to your knees,
Feeling your calf muscles,
Noticing how your ankles and your toes are feeling.
Wiggling those areas if you have to or tapping them gently if you can.
Taking this time to notice the body overall as a whole,
Honoring and embracing all emotions,
All feelings,
All sensations that are present right now.
Every feeling and experience in your body is okay in this moment.
You are safe,
You are being so kind to yourself,
You're doing wonderful.
Whenever you're ready,
We'll move into the next part of this guided meditation.
You're welcome to close your eyes now or if that feels like it may cause more anxiety,
You're welcome to just hold a relaxed gaze,
Choosing a spot in your room before you to stare at gently.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
I want you to imagine that you're being surrounded by the purest,
Highest form of love and light in this moment.
This golden energy bubbling up from beneath you like a mountain stream,
Slowly reaching your back,
Maybe your legs and your buttocks.
You can feel this golden rain shower falling from the ceiling,
The sky above you,
Little golden raindrops.
Being surrounded by this golden water,
This golden energy that represents the highest,
Purest form of love that we know.
Feel your body accepting this intense loving energy.
Feel your heart chakra opening to receive.
Crown chakra on the top of your head,
Expanding to catch the raindrops.
Your root chakra expanding below you,
Water to cushion you.
In this space of safety,
Love and comfort,
I want you to bring to mind one thing that is on your mind right now.
It doesn't have to be the biggest concern or worry.
It can be if you feel you're ready to feel that and receive some support from the universe around that topic.
Maybe it's one recurring thought you've been having over and over today or through the week.
I want you to bring that one thing to mind.
Still feeling this loving energy of the golden raindrops and the golden water beneath you.
You are safe to feel this.
You're safe to express this thought.
You may notice a rush of emotions or a numbness.
You may notice you're feeling calmer.
No matter what is coming up right now,
When you think of this thought,
This worry and concern that's been on your mind consuming your day,
No matter what that thought is,
It is safe in this moment.
You are safe in this moment.
We are going to increase the amount of support and love that we feel around this topic and area shortly.
As Rumi says,
We will treat every depression,
Sorrow at the door.
We'll treat them as guests with love and comfort and hugs,
Welcoming them into our space.
This idea comes from his poem,
The Guest House.
All of our emotions and feelings,
Our thoughts,
They're already inside of us.
We've experienced them several times today probably.
It's okay to bring them forward again in this safe space.
If you're having trouble imagining this golden energy,
You can once again use your fingertips to tap along your body,
Feeling as though your fingertips are raindrops on your skin.
Gentle,
Gentle movements.
Tapping across the chest,
On the forehead,
Down the sides of your legs,
Reaching your feet if you're sitting,
Tapping the inside of your palms if you want to as well.
Now let's bring in some more support for you in this area of your life.
Repeat with me,
I allow myself,
I allow myself to receive support.
I allow myself to receive support from the universe,
From others,
From my family,
From my friends,
From complete strangers that the universe brings into my life to support me in this area.
Feel the golden energy intensifying,
Shining brighter,
The raindrops falling a little harder,
The water beneath you rising a little higher,
Becoming warmer against your body.
And imagine looking up towards the sky.
If you have your eyes gently open,
You can look physically upwards towards the sky.
Imagine the softest,
Warmest,
Coziest blanket you've ever felt and experienced gently coming towards you,
Drifting,
Drifting down,
Settling over your shoulders,
Wrapping you in its warm embrace with your own blanket or pillow or towel that you have.
I invite you to wrap that blanket close towards your shoulders,
Getting cozy,
Readjusting,
So that blanket may be like a cape on your back,
Or snuggled up against your chin,
Holding onto it,
Feeling that support and warmth physically in your hands.
This blanket,
This space,
This moment is filled with universal love,
Universal energy.
It is filled with all of the support you've ever needed.
Allow yourself to receive it,
Feeling that blanket bringing wisdom from divine,
Pulling forward wisdom from your third eye chakra,
Your intuitive center,
Maybe even pulling that awareness and love forward from your heart.
Feel this energy enveloping your solar plexus chakra,
Boosting that area of self-confidence and self-esteem,
Warmth around your legs and the root chakra,
Feeling safe.
Feel your orange sacral chakra below your belly button,
Feeling creative and comforted.
Throat chakra,
Feeling bold and expressive.
Your crown chakra at the top of your head,
Feeling extra connected to the universe around you.
You are so tuned in and aligned in this moment.
Your guides are with you,
Your ancestors are with you.
I'm going to leave a moment now for you to receive any guidance the universe wants to bring forward.
This guidance may feel like thoughts coming from within yourself.
You may feel a slight brush of air,
A slight breeze of light,
A slight breeze of light,
Across your face from an angel.
You may feel sudden creativity or comfort,
Connection,
And ability to problem solve.
You may simply feel calm and able to take a deep breath.
Whatever your experience is for the next few minutes,
Tune in to your intuitive wisdom and listen for any messages you may receive.
We can begin to gently start coming back to the body now,
Coming back to our space,
Feeling back into the present moment.
The golden blanket begins to rise very,
Very slowly,
Giving you a chance to give it one last hug and squeeze,
Feeling that warmth staying with your body even as it rises further away.
As the blanket starts to rise and float back towards the sky,
Take a moment to say thank you or express gratitude,
Whether it's to a specific angel or guide,
Whether it's to a thought that you've had or to yourself for taking this time to be brave,
To be self-soothing.
Take a moment to say thank you.
To intensify this feeling of gratitude,
You can place your hands over your heart,
Taking a deep breath into this moment.
Whenever you're ready and in your own time,
You can imagine the raindrops around you becoming lighter,
Becoming more of a mist.
The water beneath you gently retreats,
Again leaving that warmth,
That feeling of safety and comfort with you.
The physical water feeling it move back down towards the ground,
Back to Mother Earth,
Until eventually you're back in your space,
Back in your body,
Taking a look around the room now if you're ready to open your eyes,
Gently stretching,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Noticing how you feel compared to the start of this meditation.
Today I hope you've received some guidance or confidence in this topic or area of your life that's causing concern or worries.
I hope your mind is feeling lighter,
Calmer,
Or even just more neutral.
You don't have to aim for happiness and joy after every meditation or spiritual experience.
Sometimes it is simply nice to move from overwhelmed to calm,
From rushed and worried to relaxed and present.

To feel your body,
To honor what was here in this moment with you instead of pushing it away.
