Welcome to this base chakra meditation to support your business success.
I'm Jacqueline.
Make sure you're in a comfortable position.
You might like to have your feet on the floor to help ground your energy or you may prefer to be sitting on the floor or even on the earth to have your base chakra directly on the earth.
It's up to you.
You are also welcome to lie if that feels right for you.
Take your focus down to your feet chakras on the balls of your feet and imagine them opening wide and as they open up invite the earth energy to flow into them.
This is your direct connection with the earth energy and as that earth energy moves into your body take down your root system.
Take it deep.
Take it wide.
Feel it anchoring you feel it supporting you.
If you are sitting directly on the earth or the floor you might like to imagine that root system coming from your base or root chakra as well.
Take a deep breath in and breathing out.
Empty your mind.
Take another deep breath in receiving that breath right through your body and then breathing out through your feet chakras down into the earth.
On your next in breath receive the earth energy as it flows up through your root system through your feet through your body and then breathing out of your crown chakra send your breath up out to the cosmos.
Notice that that energy then cycles around.
It cycles back down into the earth and it comes back up through your root system and through you.
A continuous flowing of energy feel the connection feel the support as you receive this energy as you feel anchored by the earth.
Now imagine that you are standing at the end of a rainbow.
You are the pot of gold and that rainbow is surrounding you.
It's moving through you.
It's moving around you.
Notice the vibration.
Feel that vibration move through your body.
Now with your intention direct the red of the rainbow that particular frequency of the rainbow directed into your base chakra right down in your tailbone area.
And as this energy moves into your base it fills your base chakra.
It brings into it the energy of transmutation.
Those stories and beliefs and memories around not feeling supported not having all your needs met not having enough money lacking trust that you will be provided for that you have everything you require.
Maybe ancestral stories stories from your family that are denser that are no longer serving you that are holding back the evolution of your base chakra.
Their presence could be what is making you feel unstable unsupported stopping you trusting trusting in life trusting in business trusting that you can have a successful business that you are supported in your business that your business is part of meeting your needs on this earth plane.
So this red energy is pulsing now in your base chakra area as it begins the transmutation process of these stories these memories these beliefs.
This does not mean that ping they are instantly gone but it is starting to dissolve them and it may bring situations up in your life where you can take action to shift this energy yourself.
Just know the process is happening.
The rainbow red is assisting you in this as you feel its energy there.
You might be conscious of some of those stories you might like to feed them in to the light in to this red energy and imagine them dissolving or you may prefer to just keep your focus on the red energy knowing that these stories do not have to be conscious for this process to be effective.
And now step out of the rainbow energy and put your focus down to that earth energy that's coming up through the root system.
It's bringing up this beautiful deep red earth energy.
It's bringing up the frequency of the earth space chakra.
It's pure and this energy is flowing up into your base filling your base aligning your base with the base chakra of the earth.
This is supporting you in the physical plane.
This feels supported to always trust to know that all your needs are being taken care of in the physical plane.
The earth has your back and as she sends up her energy,
Her frequency of vibration of her base,
It fills your base.
It brings your base into alignment with hers.
Feel that red energy filling your base.
It is glowing radiating out and even this in itself will further help the transmutation of those old stories.
Feel the power of your connection to the earth and say to yourself,
Trust that my needs are always met.
I trust that I am always supported.
I trust my business.
I am supported by my business.
I support my business.
Feel the power of these affirmations in your base chakra.
When you are ready,
Be aware of that earth energy that's flowing up through the roots and into your body,
But use it this time to ground you to bring you back into your body and start to move your feet,
Your hands.
Just take your time back into your beautiful physical temple.
Open your eyes and come back into your space.
