Let's talk about how sound healing actually works.
We naturally move through different brainwave states throughout our day.
And if you're watching this video,
You are likely in what is called a beta brainwave state.
Now we all know that living in stress can really harm our body and mind.
And if we are living in stress,
We're likely operating in high beta brainwave state.
Now this is where sound healing comes in.
It has the power through what is called brainwave entrainment,
Which is essentially when your brain tunes in to the frequency of the sound bowl allowing you to shift into altered states of consciousness or different brainwave states.
So sound frequencies has the power to shift you from that high stressful beta brainwave state all the way down into slower and lower brainwave states such as alpha and theta.
Now alpha is a very powerful state to be guided into because this is associated with creative energy.
This is where you are relaxed in the body but awakened in the brain and you can get a lot of downloads,
You can feel just a lot of mental clarity,
And if you go deeper into Theta,
This is associated with a deep meditative state.
And Theta is where true healing can occur.
Your body now feels safe enough in order for it to really turn on its natural healing processes.
So it feels safe enough to rest and repair on a very deep cellular level.
Not to mention the sweet spot between theta and alpha is where the subconscious mind opens up to you and this is where you can release limiting beliefs.
Reprogram your mind with intention and start implementing new belief systems on a subconscious level so that seed that you want to plant of intention or even manifestation.
You can plant it when you are in alpha and theta brainwave state,
Allowing it to manifest when the time is right.
It is a very powerful practice to allow yourself to shift out of beta and into these beautiful,
Restful,
Healing states such as theta and alpha.
